Anyone else having problems with...

Aokp build 40 and downloading via play, I can't download anything via play, I tried to install milestone 3 but the ROM control didn't work, is there a way to fix the play problem or is there a build that both works?
Edit: ok flashed 39 fixed my initial problem but as soon as it rebooted it got stuck in a boot loop, so the question is now, is there a stable aokp for the xoom?

Why don't you try TEAM EOS ROM ?
It is very stable...
I have tried it, it's a great ROM, just I have aokp on my phone and I like the feel more is all, so I was hoping to get on the tablet, but every build I installed messed something up so I had to re flashed team eos

If you really wanted to use AOKP, then try one of the milestone builds. I believe right now, Milestone 5 seems to be the most current stable AOKP build.
I only saw milestone 3 on goo.im

I just wanted to notify you guys that the flashable zip http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1747224 Google Now works on Paranoid and Cyanogen 9 except the voice feature which is being worked on.
Havent tested on AOKP but from the original thread it says its compatible.
Works fine on AOKP, except for voice of course

Works on Cyanogen 9 too except voice. Also you can only do one search then you have to restart it to do a second search.
works great, the voice works via swiftkey x but you need to hit enter after speaking, so a semi fix for me

Stable Rom & kernel?

Hi guys I'm just wondering what rom and kernal you are using right now that's smooth and doesn't freeze as often. Right now I'm currently on stock and I still have hope in a fully working jellybean

I vote CM7 or PA CM10 Build 9. Each with Mazouts kernel.
After 1 year of use I found this perfect setup: Official Cm 7.2 + trinity kernel (the only one with no BSOD) + wolfscript (help for battery life and fluidity).

4.4.2 Gapps

I'm on a #d2vzw running Cm11 4.4.2 nightly update using Kanged 20131117 gapps. Is there a newer gapp package for 4.4.2 with dialer & Art compatible?

There is an unofficial version somewhere but TKruzze just posted a new version and also said he'll be updated the other versions later today as well as adding a separate option for the dialer.

you will need the proper framework/.lib files. cm uses its own camera app.
I know cm has its own camera app but I would like the stock one with photosphere .

Would it work with cm ?

You can always give it a shot. I stay away from cm because stock+ xposed has same features without the bugs.
