I was just wondering if its possible at all to watch youtube videos on the fuze. I dont want the crappy website where it streams youtube videos in 3gp. I wanna access all of the videos, not just the ones youtube has bothered to convert. Thanks for the help in advance!
If you browes your windows directory you will find a You Tube application which is pretty well made, and has a High Quality option for very good looking clips.
I dont see any youtube application? I have the att fuze by the way, not the unbranded htc pro. Not sure if that makes a difference. Is there any place that I could download the app from?
On the Fuze, it's already present in the Programs tab.
I dont know if I am looking in the wrong place or if the app got deleted or something but I cant find it anywhere for the life of me. I dont see any youtube applications under the programs tab. Is it hidden somewhere?
It's a funny thing that AT&T did, so don't feel stupid.
You have to go - through the file explorer - into the Windows directory. You'll find that YouTube app in there. Cut it and paste it into Start Menu>Programs and you'll be on your way to YT enjoyment.
Btw, not to burst your bubble or anything, but it's in this raphael section....if you had searched youtube on fuze.....then you would've found it....

Hi,
Ive had Qik on my Symbian and it worked like this, I go in app on my phone and start recording and that is immediately transfered on my profile qik.com/XYXYXY, so everyone who is on that webpage sees what I am recording in real time. How does it work on Android with Qik app ? I go on my profile but no video is showing ? And whats up with that "Sharing" option ?? It takes names and phone numbers from phonebook ? I dont get it how is that sharing when you can see videos only on qik.com/XYXYXY website ? I am REALLY confused.
Tnx

Click to collapse
all i know is, on recording in high quality mode, it doesn't even record because the screen is BLACK. i uploaded a video in normal mode and the quality was crap.
And did you manage to stream it in real time ? I am interrested only in streaming, I dont want to upload anything to server if I dont have to.
Tnx
did even see the option for streaming live videos.
Well, it has that possibility, I have used it on my Omnia HD.

Look at this movie, I click Go online but I dont get those red letters saying that I am streaming live :-/
Which one is the best? I want it to be able to record a video live that someone at a PC can watch. Preferably not the Justin.TV way where anyone in the world can watch it for some reason, or where it saves the video forever for another, even stranger reason.
Bumping this, though I'd at least get some options to look at.
You could try qik

Hello, I´m searching but don´t find nothing that works. Is there any way to download videos from youtube, ustream etc.. or on any web that have flv videos?
As an alternative could be used an app to capture the screen?
Thanks in advance.
google policy on web vid downloading
Hey man
I've been trying real hard to find an app like the one you're tryin t'find..
So far nothin, due to google policy.
If there'd be any, it's unofficial and risky
i'm using hp touchpad with cm9/4.0.4 now, with the stock youtube app (latest version).
the annoying part is, everytime i click on one of the video links, it goes to the page with title/small video windows/comments etc. however, i want it to proceed straight to full screen video upon clicking the link.
is there anything i can do to achieve this? (other than tasker, please)
thanks!
help please! thanks!
anybody?

Trick YouTube app to fullscreen playback
Hey, it seems a few of us found this design flaw in YouTube on a tablet. Anyway, since you're rooted, you can apply my fix that I wrote up here:
