bootloader does not change with custom rom.

If you want to see your bootloader version, you can see it when booting with "VolDown + Power" - it's in tiny text in the upper left hand corned of the screen.

Yes adobe, I just have it backed up in ROM toolbox but do a quick search and you'll find an apk to dl and it should work. Does not work on chrome though

Just that when i m in ICS, opera is able to use flash and after update, it is not able to....

No. Never had any problems using paid or free version.
