First of all u need to install android sdk.
Then a linux platform such as ubuntu. If u r on windows ,can try vmplayer. With a usb key. Your works to be saved to usb to use on windows android sdk. Or else u can insall sdk in the ubuntu virtual os also. Then u need to have a good android developement ebook to walk with. I am also trying the same way. I will post you on success.
Good luck . Hard work and enjoy it

Hey guys,
I want to build an android app on my PC, but I can't use android SDK, because that stucks the whole time when I try to install platform tools.
Is there another programm like eclipse, but then where I don't need SDK?
I know java, so it doesn't have to be "copy/paste".
Thanks for ur help!

Unfortunately unlockroot and superoneclick did not work for me on Celkon A97i. The phone restarted on using both of these applications, but I got a Shell Root error (I don't know what it means though). Luckily, in doing all of this, I did not end up bricking the phone.
Try this following the steps mentioned in op you'll get rooted

The new UnlockRoot's installation is different and it takes a long time. I have got the previous version of the application from the site with which I was able to root it.

Uninstall the drivers from PC.
Restart the PC.
Install the drivers.
Connect your phone and start USB debugging.
It will install the drivers.
Now switch off phone and connect again. It will install drivers again.
Restart PC.
Remove mobile baterry and put again.
Now root your phone. It would work..
