Edit: Someone else confirmed no vibrate as well. Not really a big deal for me.
I'm gonna flash it very soon. I will report back soon but I hope someone else can confirm or help you sooner. You my want to try wiping cache and dalvik again and if that doesnt fix it, wipe system and reflash. Keep checking the Rom thread too.

If it bothers you that much flash a different rom or wait for him to fix it.

Yeah same thing happend on my other rom. Im going to look into it. I think my java may have updated past 1.6 which causes that issue. Ill check it and downgrade then rebuild the rom monday.....lol i dont care about vibrate but
I do realize some people do.

What xcrazydx said. Either flash a different one or wait for him to fix it. This isn't some simple fix that we can just tell you to do.

i going install sky ice but I'm confused by the multiple build. the one with most posts must be the one everyone uses right? i dunno I'm a bit confused. i want flash it perfect anyone pm me who went from gb to sky ice walk me through it

The one with the UCLD2 base is the newest. But it doesn't have as many mods incorporated into it yet. As for someone walking you through it.... not gonna happen @ xda. That's why you need to read the instructions and follow them exactly.

Come on you can do it. Follow the direction in the op. Yes the one with most post. Wipe wipe wipe, flash base, sign into Gmail, flash update......score

yes im sure just sometimes you might explain something and it makes sense to yoiu but to me reading it I may not get a specfic word of phrase or understand it.
So thats why thought if someone was super nice they just might pm me.. who knows can't hurt.
When whats at risk is a 400 dollar phone I would rather ask then not ask and have it break.
This is by far the most confusing rom I have seen on what to do to flash it so i WANT TO GET IT RIGHTTTT lol

how touch Odin won't show me a yes on flashng is this to do with screen? or will lot let you flash with out format all shows are no six times like screen size wrong curios

Sean just updated his base Sky ICS... Ver 4.2DZ.. Just updated to it and it works much better.. Follow the instructions and it should work.. However, I had to darkside wipe again. Then update when it's working.

I have run both SkyICS builds. The original based off of the first leak has the most modifications / theme stuff done to it. It was incredibly stable for me.
I am currently running the build based off the latest ICS leak. Not as many modifications, but seems to be running well for me too.
I would wait to flash Seanz new SkyICS build until after tonight. Sounds like he is going to make some more updates to the base (read full wipe) so that the base is solid. Updates after that should not require a wipe.

Out of curiosity, when you say "flashed over existing ROM", did you do the wipes first or did you just flash on top of the existing ROM, as someone mentioned doing in the ROM thread?

Did not do any wipes. Just flashed it. All Apps were in place never missed a beat.
GPS is working fine. Not issues as of yet.

Did not think it was pointless. Information is never pointless. Some ROM you must wiped format etc. This one so far worked fine without wiping. Thought I would share my experience.

Do you need to flash the 42d-10 before doing this one? Or can you go from an older rom to this one?
I am on the 4.2d-7 can I go straight to this?

I didn't know if there was like a step ladder that I had to go up, or could jump from 1 base, wipe it, and start at a new one?

I don't think you even know what a base is. This is a totally new leak that just came out. You always wipe before flashing a new base. Step ladder? Typically you build off a base and then as updates happen they can either be wipe or nonwipe updates, depending on how severe the changes are. I suggest you read for a long while before doing anything.

There is official CM9 support, theres also official AOKP support so if you want to go for any of those just head over to the discussion threads in general. Many new good roms being produced since official ICS came out yesterday so just head over to the development forum and you'll see a lot. UCLF6 is the latest ICS so those based around that version will have the most recent one. :good:

Got the text from ATT this morning and got my interest in what was being worked on. Superlite basically has everything I want. Perfect IMO

Got my SR a month ago and the development seems to have really picked up. Big thank you to all the devs, more options than I can handle. I don't think we're missing any big name roms, maybe slimics if that even counts but Nexus is just that. Official CM and AOKP is a big plus and will provide long term development should things slow down.

I did research and yes i seen that forum..but it requires jb kernel and i cant use thst bc im att us. Im not risking a expensive paperweight..
[Edit] No one from US AT&T has confirmed it working either. Still leaves my question un answered.

No, altered said in the PA thread that he was working on aospa, so... That is what A2trip was pointing out, with his screen shot that he included in his post.
Also this has been asked and answered so many times now. AOKP will most likely not come to this phone, but there is CM10 and CM10.1 if those ever become bug free then maybe, but I would highly doubt it.

I translated it and it has unknown baseband..unusable screenshot..not sure about wifi or how well it performs.
