I was trying out themes for CM10 and was just going through some black themes, found this Black Exodus theme on play store, it gets most of the things black except the core google apps.
So i searched for black gapps zip and came across this inverted gapps, its Exactly what i was looking for !!
Now i have almost all the gapps (except Maps) in a black theme, even google now !!

Our latest cm10 has already a few gapps preinstalled but once u flash the cm10 zip just install the JustunBean aroma zip in the cm10 recovery. it'll take you through a series of options and then ask you to reboot and voila !! you have inverted gapps !!
Now i tried this zip over my existing cm10, on which i had flashed all the gapps, but that caused something like android.phone failure and when i pulled battery and restarted again it bootlooped.
So flash this on a freshly flashed cm10 build
Google Now Fix:
another thing, after you flash the zip and reboot your phone, Google Now might not work, so go back into recovery and again select the justunbean aroma zip>Justinbean installer>Select No Gapps+Fix Gapps+No Extras>Select Install Now.
that'll fix google now.
Just follow the steps posted by justin in his OP in the link above to flash this.
its been just a few hours since ive flashed this, so will give some feedback on any bugs.

Installed this on my wife's phone but i f'd up and selected to not invert Google now so she can't read the text (white on white). Can I simply flash the zip (aroma) and only chose google now or should I chose all the inverted apps again and assume it will just over write? Thanks in advance.

M not sure about that, what you can do is try to fix Google now.. Check the OP for steps..
If that doesn't help then better you check the FAQ from the original thread.. Or maybe ask Justin, he's quite helpful..

Carefully read the post for proper installation, if you get error, wipe your configuration and performs the entire installation from the beginning. The theme is tested in my N1 and it works great

Wiped everything. Applied from base rom. It works like I said but get an error.

Theme installed easily, no issues what so ever. This is the best theme IMO.

Yep. Most probably flashing the theme before DT's Apps2SD might result in a clean install of the theme. However, I am not so sure about the correct order in which things should be flashed -
ROM, Kernel, Apps2SD and Theme
OR
ROM, Kernel, Theme and then Apps2SD

Me too missing it especially because the battery percentage digits don't seem to fit well in the existing icon

How would one go about utilizing these .png files? That whole tab issue is a real pet-peeve of mine and would like to fix it. Tried to install as .zip in recovery but no go.

Hi, follow these steps:
The attached zip is not flashable.
Get the images from the zip.
Open the theme in WinRAR.
Open system/framework/framework-res.apk/res/drawable-hdpi
Put the images there.
Click Yes on the popup.
Don't resign.
Flash in recovery.

Directions For Aroma:
Aroma is a custom installer that will allow you, the user, to choose which inverted applications you would like to install. Select one, select two, select all inverts; the choice is yours! You can also install the latest Apex or Nova launchers, themes, boot animations. This is a completely touch-enabled process where you touch the screen to choose which apps you would like to install.
I recommend a full wipe if it's your first time using JusTunBean Aroma or if you're having any sort of problems with this mod after flashing it.
Reboot into recovery. CWM/TWRP/4EXT
Install the Jellybean (4.1+) ROM of your choice. Only CM/AOKP ROMS are fully supported.
Open up the JusTunBean Aroma zip as though you were flashing a ROM.
Wipe Cache within the JusTunBean Aroma application. If you are using a new kernel select option three: "wipe cache and kernel".
Install whichever apps you want through Aroma intstaller.
Finish running the installer, then choose to reboot or go back to recovery.
Installer will wait 20 seconds before rebooting. This is to ensure that everything is fully installed.

I compiled this file myself and contains the latest G apps and inverted jellybean apps. This should work on all devices but use at your own risk. This is for CM 10 and AOKP JB only.

I've been using these on the PA build for months and they work great.
For Scott's Beta 4.2, I was getting the loop android error when I installed all apps. So, I just installed Google Now and it fixed the speech to text fc. Good...
I haven't tested a full Aroma install with Scott's 4.2.1 yet. I'll do that in a bit and report back.

Way broken, using this as the GApp installer for a new 4.2.1 install.
I can still use it to add inverted apps... Just not for a clean wipe GApp package like on 4.1.2.

JUST MAKE SURE YOU CAME FROM FRESH ROM (Means not using any theme or modding that change your framework or anything hard theming mod because this is just simple modding based as stock Twlauncher)
TESTER NEEDED:

Sorry for this,but whats the difference between all the other white theme threads already open?;p you need to state it.Also what version are the apk extracted from?so we can have an idea for what firmwares its compadible with ;]

Combination means choose the best and combine into one.i try to complete it with combine from all.its shoul be work to all firmware..work also for both version.i try to install to deodexed i9500 and i9505 mea...mf2 and its work.thank you mate

on i9500 : all working, except phone,keyboard and contacts, nextgen rom mf8 odex
Works fine although after rebooting com.android.phone crashes twice but then just starts working as if nothing is wrong.
