[q]friday app

Hey guys, sorry for this question. But i had heard that an app -"friday" was coming to the market. It had been declared that ig wud launch in december. But i dont still find it in market. Does anyone knoe about status of it??

It was months ago that i tested it after receiving an invite (which was on the friday after signing up as promised). The app is just a log of all you do with your device, like calls and texts, mashed with your location and time... but then your phone already has all those info related to calls and texts, you're probably are using latitude which posts your location to your latitude dashboard, and you probably scrobble your music to last.fm etc.
Also, the app crashed often.

Social hub not working properly.

Can't sign in to Facebook using social hub. It just signed in once when i bought the phone back in january, never after that. It says "login failed, try again". Any one experiencing same issues?? What could be the possible reason for this problem??

Are other services like email / IM in social hub working fine ?
If yes then its a problem specific to Facebook in Social Hub.

Check the Security settings & also the App settings on your Facebook account maybe you made some changes there which are creating problems for Social Hub in getting connected to Facebook.

just clear data from titanium backpup,n when adding account give it some time (if u on slow internet)
everything will b okey..
or ask some here to upload thei socialhub.apk n replace it with urs..

App settings are 'Dont sync'. But i tried after syncing contacts also, but still the same problem persists.

Whatsapp problem

Hey guys I have a very irritating problem with whatsapp ... Whenever I get messages that are very long the app crashes and I'm unable to open that thread till I receive some more messages. Does anyone else have this problem with their phone... I've got the S3 version

nope i dont have such problem but try clearing ur app's cache and see if it works !!

All that does is delete all the chats and I have to relogin and if I get a long message again It's the same story

Uninstall WhatsApp and reinstall from the Play Store. You'll get all your messages back don't worry, it backs up daily at 4am and will offer to restore them when you reinstall the app.

Try to move app to phone...I have similar problem and I keep app at phone storage...now its fine.

Almost every app except whatsapp has the option of moving to phone storage... Another thing I have to add Is that it mostly happens when there are a lot of emoticons or the message is not in English (hindi,marathi)

try reinstall it with the latest version from play store.

[Q] facebook sync issuse with cm10

I am haveing a problem syncing my contacts from facebook while using
decks rom
10-20121115-UNOFFICIAL-speedy

I might be off on this as I don't use FB ( yea , yea, yea ) . Did you go into FB, and enable contacts sync ? Also on the Device go into Contacts - Menu - Accounts or Display Options make sure FB is enabled for Sync.

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong but I thought Google purposely did that back on ICS. I had to add a Facebook sync app to my ROMs to get it to work. PS- Google hates Facebook.

One more problem I've found is that when you get to about 30 percent battery life my phone dosent want to sync weather or anything also it dosent want to send messages ( may just be my phone) but as soon as I charged it and did a reboot it worked fully again

Have you checked what your power saver settings are at? I don't think it goes up to 30% but it's worth checking.

Got everything working correctly but for some reason when ever I have a call come in when I switch the call it hangs up on the person I was talking to originaly

you can go to setting >account there you can see a fb logo click on that you see a sync button
or try for fb sync app from play
