i installed the cyanogenmod 10 kang. the problem is that when I set in setting -performance - cpu- max cpu 1188mhz and exit, the value return at 1566mhz, why??
please help me..

it depend from kernel , diferent dev kernel have different cpu governor
I have rooted my honor 6x and i have installed kernel Adiutor and i see it's possible to underclock and change gouvernor cpu big and little of course it's possible to change ordonnanceur e/s i try to underclock for battery friendly

hellow everyone so recently i got my self a budget smartphone coolpad torino (R108) wich has a snapdragon 617 running at 1.36ghz and an adreno 405 running at 465mhz max so i started looking for a custom kernel to overclock my cpu and gpu freq but i havent found anything so is it possible for someone to make a custom kernel for me to overclock my cpu to 2ghz and gpu at about 720mhz Tnx
I have tried custom kernel elementalx with root acces to overclock my Snapdragon 845 but it just doesn't go beyond 2.8ghz that is its stock frequency. If someone has clocked it beyond 2.8ghz please let me know and how .
