I have the "old" Sensation and want to have the backcover of the new Sensation XE, because I like the Beats by Dre style
Does anyone know where I can get one?

I have just one question about my Sensation 4g on T-Mobile, when I use Sync from HTC it reads HTC Sensation Z710e is this the same or does it just see it as a Sensation Z710e or what ???

It's the same... Don't worry you're still getting 4g...

Thanks, can you explain why it reads it that way, I read some where on here about Z710e and Z710a have different radios is that why I am just wanting to know.

It's the model name ... T-Mobile just branded the sensation 4g name ... I forgot but I think z710a is the original, non 4g I think... Here's an explanation for it...

Don't worry...I also have a T-Mobile branded Sensation 4g and it shows up as Z710e.

hi there, i updated my htc sensation z710e using RUU_PYRAMID_ICS_HTC_Europe_3.30.401.1... and didnt relise it was the htc sensation xe rom so far i have had no problems but wondered if i might come across any?? appreciate any answers.

Hmm. HTC Sensation XE's rom has Beats built in unlike the original HTC Sensation so it's actually an improvement over the original HTC Sensation's rom

Replacement back cover thats a different color?

So yeah I dropped my Sensation and the cover(not the screen thankfully!) is a little scratched. I found a cheap replacemtn here but im wondering if there are different color housings anyone could link me too? Price isnt really a factor

I want ice white, or silver/ white. But deem they cost a lot

There's the white XE one. You can find them as cheap as 25 or 30.

I like more clesn sensation . Without beats logo, dont like beats , dont like logo. But ye i found similar to this one , but white and it costed a lot more then this.

Will this fit on a HTC Sensation 4G? Or is it only for the XE? I dont even know the difference between the two phone models :S

they are identical, only one is beats branded . Changed color

NO. Sensation 4G has a one antenna more than normal Sensation and XE version. It will NOT fit on Sensation 4G.

Just a fyi, a bunch of us bought white housings with 3 antennae's and the phone actually still works without a hitch. However, I do not know this seller, so I cannot vouch if these fit the Sensation 4Gs. I am on tmoUS.
