S note sync not showing in samsung settings

Anyone have anyidea why the snote sync is not appearing in samsung setting ?

Guess you are still on 4.0.4 Rom? ICS does not have this option.

I was also confused by this missing option until I discovered it was introduced in 4.1.1

How do i know the char count in sms? To avoid sending multiple sms.

It would be great to provide more information like ROM, kernel, Gapps version

ROM: Stock CM12S
Kernel: Stock
Gapps: Not Sure how do I check this info?
Also if it helps my phone is unlocked,encrypted, and rooted
