If you are saying, then you are in a bootloop. Redo all the steps.
If you are asking, then there is always a possible risk of going things wrong. But dont you worry, re-flash the rom.

i think partitioning through recovery is way easy and is defenately not soo complicated. i always prefer partationing through recovery only. anyways, soo far i havnt faced any problems, ::thumbsup::

is it absolutely necessary that partition be 2gb only.??
I accidentally partitioned it to 2.1gb, will it create problem.??
and I tried to install jaggyrom, but for some reason it stuck in the jaggyrom boot animation portion.!!
it any load further than that.!!
I had european custom Rom installed previously and I tried to install jaggyrom.!!
do I need to root and unlock bootloader again for installing jaggyrom or what.??

Hi Borchaniz....i have a few queries...
1. How should i delete my current ext partition...could'nt find any option in CWM to delete the partition.
2. if i go ahead & direclty follow the first time partitioning process what will happen to my existing partition...wil that be part of my new sd-ext

Re: How to resize my sdcard Partition.
Your SD card will be formatted, old partition deleted, new partition created.
Sent from my GT-P7310 using xda app-developers app
Just in case it isn't clear, you will lose all data on the sd card when you repartition. If you use gparted, you can accomplish the same thing, while preserving the data.

Copy your all data from SD card.
Go to Phone Settings> Storage Settings> Unmount SD card> Erase SD card.
This will delete all your old partitions from SD card.
Now reboot in CWM recovery and partition your SD card according to your need.
Restore your data.
Cheers!!!
Use minipartition tool from a PC, connect your phone as usb storage and it will resize your sd card partition without formatting.
Success
ThanX for the Help Guys...
I have successfully resized my partition to 512 MB using ClockworkMod Recovery. As mentioned by "upconvert"...old partition deleted, new partition created.
Would like to share my experience with the below tools...
GParted - Itz an 100 MB ISO file & after downloading got to know that it can be used only from Boot mode :bad:
MiniTool Partition - This one has a pretty neat UI & the setup is sized just 14 MB. The problem here was the Resize option didn't work for me. Not sure on the exact reason , maybe it requires the memory card to be connected using a card Reader & not as a USB storage.
Phone :- Lg Optimus One
ROM :- HoneyWizz by Kssood & Kukde
--> Hit Thanx if i Helped you by anyway

I don't know why minitool partition didn,t work, I personally used it on a phone connected as usb storage. Maybe there is a problem with order of operations (delete one partition before resize the other etc. but i'm not sure).
Anyway I'm happy that you solved your problem.

Can you provide a tutorial on how to do that? I have a 16 GB SD card. Out of the 14GB available, 13GB is my main partition. 1 GB is my app partition. I want to increase the app partition without formatting my SD Card.
Thanks!
MiniTool Partition Wizard 10 worked perfectly for resizing a 16GB to 64GB for the kids' Kindle Fire tablet. I initially cloned the 16GB partition to the 64GB using WinDiskImager32, then resized it afterwards.
Here is a guide for all of those people who are sick of the extremely low internal memory of A30. So, cheer up!
1. First of all root your phone by following the steps from this page.
2. After successfully rooting your phone download this software and install it on your PC.
3. Now insert your SDCARD in your PC through card reader or mount as SDCARD.
4. Copy all the contents of your SDCARD to your PC.
5. Now open MINITOOL PARTITION WIZARD and select your SDCARD from the list of DISK.
6. Now click on Move/Resize and move the slider towards left to empty up space from your SDCARD, as desired for internal memory. I would recommend 1.5 GB, if your SDCARD is greater than 2 GB. Now click OK and then click APPLY.
7. Now select the unallocated space of your SDCARD and right click on it.
8. Now select CREATE and in partition type select PRIMARY and in file type select FAT and then click OK and then click APPLY.
9. Now safely remove your SDCARD from PC and insert it into your phone and start it. OR turn of USB storage.
10. Now open play store and search for LINK2SD app and install it.
11. Now open LINK2SD and select FAT32/FAT16 and OK and then when asked for reboot device, click on REBOOT.
12. After restarting your device, open LINK2SD and select the apps that are installed in internal memory - For instance, ROOT EXPLORER and then select CREATE LINK and then select OK.
13. That's it. Now you can move all of your apps that are installed in your internal memory to your SDCARD.

Hi ,
I really need a help !! I bought the new Micromax Unite 2 A106 and some how with the help of XDA forum i successfully rooted (installed supersu from recovery - i flashed recovery with scatter some method found from the forum). Now i have few questions which really i am dying to know., please help me
I am using 8 GB SD card (Class 4)., partitioned as 1st partion FAT32 ~4GB and 2nd partion as EXT4 ~4GB
Questions:
1. From settings -> storage, my mobile is showing.
1.1 Internal Memory ( Total: 1.89 GB out which i almost used every thing)
1.2 External SD card (Total: ~4 GB)
1.3 Internal SD card (Total 1.97 GB out of which nothing is used)
My EXT4 memory is not show., But in Link2SD Storage-info it is show (also mounted some were on /data/sdxta2)
With out help of Link2SD, Before installing apps... In settings -> storage i selected "Internal SD" as default installation location. Tried to install many apps nothing goes into Internal SD memory (Total 1.97 still seems to be free) which is accessible from file explorer.
With help of Link2SD, created a mount script in EXT4 partion... After reboot Link2SD didn't give any error for mount script., In Link2SD created "link" for apps and it asks for a reboot.. after reboot., the app is not show in android., but i can see they have been linked /data/sdxta2.
I don't understand why linking apps disapper and why can't i use that Internal SD memory of ~ 1.97 GB for apps installation.
Thanks a ton guys !!! your help will save my Unite 2 & Me

note=after linking to fat32/fat secound partition by the remount link option in link2sd app u will be able to make/move system app to internal sd too or u can make it for external microsd card, along it uninstall unwanted apps n make some visual affects by making launcher n docks converted to system app and can remove the default launcher too i m using galaxy s5 launcher/docks and remember dont try if what u dont meant so for uninstalling
again thanks you,developer
Be sure what u doing it may brick ur fon coz warrenty voids after root u already knw this.

Thn i found the apps were..disappear and thn from the remount option tht i suggested before, checkd for fat32/fat optn before rebooting checkd all library settings too n rebooted n apps were visible this tym, storage info was showing sd-ext is not mounted again from remount links library optn from link 2 sd checked this tym for ext 4 Type partition n rebooted.
