Note 2 + Camera possible? - HTC Inspire 4G

Hi Devs,
Owner of both an S3 and an Inspire 4g both on custom roms, is it possible to have the note 2 camera and gallery on the inspire and other s3 or note apps be placed in the inspire 4g?

There are some apps that are just android apps you can drop from other devices no issues, but camera apps are one that usually relies on some stock framework that your other device will most likely not have. There's a list in the gs3 and note apps forums with lists to download stock touchwiz apps from both devices that can be installed on anything.

[Q] Roms etc.

I recently purchased the galaxy s3 and am quite happy with it, put adw launcher pro made a few tweaks got the jellybean update and am satisfied with everything it does.
My question is what is the need for flashing new Roms or rooting the device? What is the purpose and benefits?
I'm new to all of this and would love some briefing!

Samsung mediahub won't work

Hello, I'm not sure if there is a thread to my subject or not but anyway, I have a Galaxy S2 Skyrocket, rooted and running CM10.0 stable. My question is why does the media hub for Samsung not work, when I go to add account it says it needs to update then it freezes up. I was able to finally download the media hub apk and it runs but I can't watch anything, even my paid movies that I download won't play. I've looked everywhere please help

You need to be running a stock ROM or a stock ROM with tweaks.

Find the galaxy s3 development section, look through the Roms there. Android revolution is a good one to start with

The home forum for your device is Here. You can check the general section for guides and tutorials that may help you decide which bloatware to get rid of...and as dannyboy_uk12 noted, there should be many optimized stock based ROMs in the Development forum Here.

[Q] Nexus 5 on Vzw

I know it's not advertised to be used on Verizon but since it works on Sprint I was wondering if anyone has tried and had success.
