My phone is just sitting at lockscreen com.android.phone and it keeps crashing how can i fix this? I tried wiping cache , wiping dalvik, and fixing permissions.

I've cleaned my dalvik cache because I had some issues with an app (sipdroid) that prevented the phone to boot.
Cleaning the cache fixed the problem, but now almost everything App goes in FC.
I've read that I may need to clean /data/boot-cache via adb, but I don't have this folder.
Samsung spica and Samdroid/2.1 here.
Try to do an Factory reset?
Yup, Hard Reset or if all else fails...the dreaded Reflash.

I keep on getting this message: the application market (process com. android.vending) has stopped unexpectedly . please try again.
I have tried clearing the cache, clearing data, everything but reflashing the kernel. I don't know what happened. Since I have a custom kernel, I haven't received the 3.1 update, so that's not the issue.
Any ideas? Advice?
My Galaxy 7 tab plus just started random rebooting for new reason. I can
turn in on and usually around 30 mins or so it will reboot. I won't even touch it or start an app. It just reboots. I removed everthing from the andriod market and it still reboots.
Anyone else having this issue? Wifi is on, GPS is off
It also happened to me, if you have recovery modified execute a wipe cache partition, and wipe dalvick cache ,or if you continue to have problems making a wipe date/factory reset.
I never had this error before running on CM10.1. Running T-Mobile sim, fyi.
After updating, I encountered the error: "Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped" every single time someone calls me, or I end a call. It is a pain...
I've tried the following:
- Remove and reconnect Google account
- Clear data from Phone.apk
- Wipe/factory reset, wipe cache, wipe dalvik
- Flash different radios
- Odin back to stock and re-root and reflash CM10.1 (01.25.13 NIGHTLY which worked for me before)
Everything else works, besides that dang error every time anything dealing with calling. This is stressing me out. Any help would be appreciated!
im on cm13, when i install facebook/messenger and try to log in, it crashes. i tried clearing data, cache, reinstalling, rebooting, everything, but still same problem.
