Can someone send me the correct boot animation? - Asus Transformer TF700

So my JB install failed because I attempted to change the boot animation file forever ago and now the install failed because I don't have it according to the install log. Could anyone send me this file? I would much appreciate it

Seems to hang at boot image, looking for the problems now
Edit : after three downloads and installs, still hanging at boot image. Not ready for prime time yet but soon.

For those who don't know what a logcat is or how to do it there are a couple of ways.
Please review the following before you ask any questions. And by all means use the search forum function.

Happy Logcating

pumped for this. cm10 makes me jelly..........bean that is
I'm submitting a pull request. I want to be the only one to have this
Joking aside(well not really, still joking) my tablet now has no reason to be jelly of my phone.
Sent from my PG86100 using Tapatalk 2
Basically to get a logcat you install the drivers (you may need to install Asus sync). Then install the Android SDK. Then run "adb logcat" and copy the output
On Linux you can do "adb logcat > logcat.txt" I don't know if that works in Windows
Development is stalled until someone can do this for me as I don't know why it's not booting
Sent from my LG-P999 using xda app-developers app
I flashed it, then wiped cache/dalvik and rebooted. Started logcat when the asus logo popped up. After a bit it rebooted (didn't even show the boot animation). Then it just sat at the logo and never rebooted again. The whole time I get nothing from the logcat. (i tested using it on this system before i flashed too)
Running through a restore while I re-download to my desktop so I can try transferring over usb for round 2.
Sent you a pm logan but I am unable to get a logcat or a dmseg when on boot image as adb is unable to recognize the tablet. Stops sending reports as soon as you exit recovery
Sent from my SCH-I535 using xda premium
logcat failed. boot is not getting far enough for adb to pick up.
Stays at 1st boot screen
Unlocked
ASUS
inspiring........
Not sure if it will help but the file below will have from last attempt to boot
/proc/config.gz (kernel config)
/proc/cpuinfo
/proc/kmsg
/proc/last_kmsg
/cache/recovery/last_log
/cache/recovery/log
recovery.log
I think the issue is either in the boot img or the kernel ramdisk
Is anyone else having trouble restoring? Neither of my TWRP backups will boot after a successful restore.

You may have lost part of it. Test with root checker.
Sent from my ASUS Transformer Pad TF300T using xda app-developers app
Checked it with a root app checker and it said that my tablet fully rooted.
Sent from my ASUS Transformer Pad TF300T using xda app-developers app
The reboot was probably due to a root app not optimized for the new kernel. For example I found that ezoverclock causes boot loops, obviously it was created with previous kernel version in mind. So if you had ezoverclock don't reinstall until it gets updated.

If a basic overclocker like ez was causing this, you might want to avoid them for now, just an opinion.

Ok i tried an other one that is compaitable but you cant overclock to 1.5 it can only be 1.3.

i'm using fastboot to flash cwm then reboot and run the root.zip....as stated int he CWM development thread.
I'm able to instal CWM, but i cant backup...it freezes on backing up boot.
Then i give it a shoot to run the zip without backing up. it went well but when i reboot the sys it appears a message, before leaving CWM,: this device as lost root (yes for fix it or go back). neither options root the device
Anyone...this Q&A- sucks....Please Help

Note: ensure you flash proper recovery for your bootloader. You say JB so you should pick a JB recovery!

Unlock and root after jb update

I have looked around for a few days now but I can't seem to find a way to unlock and root after the JB update.

At present, if you are on jb and want root, you must unlock. There's a guide in the general section. Follow step 3 to get root, and recovery as a bonus.

Absolutely. I used twrp to flash it just because it worked better for me, but cwm will flash it too. Flash it, download supersu from the store, update the such binary automatically with it, and off you go with root.

Ok, I'm confused. I rooted before I took the update thinking I would continue to have root after....that isn't the case. So now I want to root again, Does this link help me with that? I don't think It will from what I am reading but again, I'm not sure.

Some people lost root after the update, especially those who did a factory wipe of data afterward, like me. This guide helps those with unlocked bootloader. At this time, you cannot root jb with a locked bootloader if you lost it during the upgrade.

install the blob from the stock ROM via fastboot
What would the command be?
Sent from my ASUS Transformer Pad TF300T using xda app-developers app
Just use:
Code:
fastboot -i 0x0b05 flash *LOCATION OF YOUR ROM*
Ok Im really lost im not sure what i should type for location i just know its my C drive

Take the stock ROM, extract the *.blob file. Copy that to your fastboot folder.
Restart your tablet and go to fastboot.
Now in CMD, type:
Code:
fastboot -i 0x0B05 flash system blob.blob
It will take about ~300 seconds if you did it right.
I did that but something with erase cache and update etc so im lost again lol

What are you erasing, which commands did you use? The one I gave you just rewrites the system partition with the stock Asus ROM and you're donw.

Oh your unlocked? Then just take the updated Stock ROM and flash it in TWRP. Then you will have to use fastboot to flash TWRP again because the stock ROM will delete it.
