I don't think there is a CWM custom recovery for your phone but there is a TWRP recovery for it. Try searching for Turkcell T50(A rebranded ZTE Blade Vec 4G)

try 3-4 times. Kingroot applies different root strategies everytime you try to root so try again. Maybe this will help you.
Try kingoroot and the method which involves your Phone being connected to the PC
