first of all no need to create new threads there r many regarding this and no der i no official ics for india only for austria and nordic countries hv official ics
And you can flash them safely as lots of people are here to help you doing that......

Hello,
I have a Galaxy Tab with the latest Arabic firmware(JM6 Froyo).
I want to update to Gingerbread(2.3). There exists a stock firmware that is European with tutorials all over the net on how to flash the GT. However, there is no mention as to what SHOULD be the previous firmware that would at least be compatible whether Asian, US, European,etc firmware.
Therefore, should I go ahead and update/flash my GT? or else better wait for the official Arabic update from Samsung?

Hi! I believe that the Samsung SII is a quadband phone so there is no need to worry about the updates. You can choose to use the Indian or Italian updates. If you choose the european one you need to be aware that maybe your language is not going to appear.
See how strange is life, I am italian but I live in another country and both my iphone and android phones are receiving updates from the USA OTA channel. No problem at all but the fact that some European languages are not included in the updates.
Edit: I made a mistake. You were asking WHEN and not WHERE. I apologize but for what I know the one of Europe are going to be distributed in +/- one month as Shyamjptm said.

Hello i've Galaxy S ll Plus GT-l9105P .. and i want to flush firmware on it cuz i've 4.1.2 android and there is another firmwares with 4.2.2 but when i check sam website i didn't find any firmware that match my country (Egypt) so how can i know which firmware is suitable with my Country ? :/
if anyone can help me i'll be thankful
Try update via OTA or Kies and then ask again.

no difference
you can download any 4.2.2 and if it doesn't have arabic, you can download it by phone in Setting/Language and Input/Language
4.1.2 roms don't support downloading languages
Install Latest NEE Firmware It's The Better And It's Fully Support Arabic

Did not able to download the ROM from the provided link. i think sammobile have removed the old version of the rom.
Can you please help me in getting the new ROM or Any OE Rom link for S7 India model.
