I'm on Windows 7 and whenever I try to install the driver it fails every time. Can someone please help me out? I am using the drivers from the Samsung site/the sticky with all the downloads.

if you are just trying to get your computer to find your devise to put music or file on it.... then NO you dont need debugging (i didnt have it checked)
download the LG android driver and plug your phone it via usb cable and it should start downloading it in the bottom taskbar
please google for any other assistance
I had to go to settings, sd card and phone storage, check Mass storage only. That did the trick for me.
just do a google search for lg t mobile g2x usb drivers and download it to your pc. when ur done plug your phone in and your good to go
Worked for me as well, if not then FIRST connect the phone on usb, and THEN check "Mass Storage Mode Only". Thats what it says on the Start Guide on page"31".
Missing usb drivers.

So if you READ THE RULES then you should STOP trying to be someone you are not.
This is part of the MODERATORS task. YOU ARE GETTING ANNOYING. Nobody's perfect and if you want to be one then do a spell check first before you POST.

If you updated to v21y with kdz updater then use the same method that worked for you but select the v21e kdz file for use.
Get the v21e kdz file here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=24599112
thank you Core memory
Done in 5 minutes ,
Back to ICS
Flashing v21E from 21Y did not work for me. told me that I was up to date. Had to flash using "KDZ_FW_UPD" and make sure you flash using windows xp and not xp mode for windows 7. which failed for me but may work for you.
i flashed on windows 7 32 bit,
not a single problem

Using the update app called "KDZ_FW_UPD" it would crash every time. But using windows xp on a partition Harddisk worked fine. Windows xp mode also failed for me, when it disconnects the usb is does not reconnect it. even if i reconnect it it wont go any further.
I have tried this on windows 7, XP, even vista just to see. I have followed multiple guides and used multiple methods. I just can't get it to work and it has become an unhealthy obsession. I neeeed v21e back. Does anybody have ANY tips to get this to work beyond what's already out there?

Did it all last night on xp, just had to revert back to stock recovery... weird thing for me was it stopped and rebooted into S/W mode at least 5 times I thought I was supposed to hit launch s/w update again lol... the process took about 15 minutes total with boot time.

So just flash stock recovery first then try again? Could you tell me which guide you followed? There are a few out there...

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1180331 that one in particular the 2nd post is pretty much what I did, and reverted to stock recovery... it doesn't seem like it is doing anything at some points but it is just give it about 5 minutes after you here the USB connection sound thar your pc makes and with in 1 minute, it'll make the sound again... did it to me about 4 times and then it just sat there with the dll not found with something like (2006), 24 or something and the phone was rebooting I didn't even notice it was done until I actually looked at the phone. The kdz program doesn't tell you that it completed though, kinda weird. If it doesn't work the first try then try again! It worked 2nd try for me (forgot to restore stock recovery) I'm on XP if it matters.

Alright, I didn't know where else to post this, I just installed windows 8 (may regret that) and now minecraft don't work, it says bad video card drivers every time I start it. I've un installed java, and the video card drivers and then re installed. Well, windows automaticlly re installed the driver. I don't know what to do. Any advice?

Maybe post it in the Off Topic forum in the PC Questions thread?
This is not a computer support forum, this is a phone/tablet development forum.
At best this should be in off topic but really in another forum

I would suggest looking for drivers for you graphics card, not using the build in / Microsoft drivers.
Which card do you have? Nvidia / ATI should have drivers on their site now. Nvidia already had driver for mine. So have a look and try.
All of the above...
Thanks & Closed.
Well this may sound crazy but i have got to ask any help.
I recently reinstall my windows 8 and and i was going to use LG flash tool, i have installed all drivers as usual , but everytime i try to use LG flash tool , it seems that it doesn't give me the ready PORT like it used to, like port 5 is ready or port 1 or what ever, it just doesn't work anymore .
i have reinstall again again Omap drivers and everything again and again. what else will make it work as before?
AW: I need little help guys with SmartFlash
Have you changed in device manager the omapdriver to port 41? And have you done the portsettings in smartflash?
And dont forged that you have to deactivate the driver signature in windows 8...
