iam new to the thread ,however following the thread and developing of our fit for a long time ......my hard disk crashes and so as my fitdroid v2.0 rom with its themes,,,,,i have checked the entire forum but cant get the working link for fitdroid v2.0( most stable in my opinon)..................it will be greatfull if u help me out plsss....

bro the link u gave is dead too .........and i need fitdroid v2.0 only ..........pls, if any one has that rom so pls upload it ..........i m not only one who need it there are many others who too want that rom ..........so pls guys ......
guys as we are progressing towards new roms (cm10,aokp,jelly bean etc.) we shouldnt forget the work of our previous developers.......pratyush and vishwanathan patel are the most successful devs for our fit so guys... we should preserve their work ........... thats why i am asking all of u to make the old links revive again ..........iwould love to do that but unfortunately my hard disk crashes...........................

I just bought my new Samsung Galaxy Fit 2.3.4 S5670DDKQ5 a month ago.
I came to know about rooting, when i searched whether i could install Adobe Flash Player for my FIT. Heard about FitDroid and the great developer viswanath patil
Now I want to root my phone ! and get the fitdroid (stable for my device)
I no nothing abt "flashing" "adb shell" etc etc..
I googled a lot and learned abt the advantages and disadvantages of Rooting !
I spent hours in the forum to get a solution bt was confused by the posts by different people (even scared when i heard abt boot loop 'n all that !! )
I also need to know how to create a backup and detailed steps to UNROOT the device. Please please please be kind to me,..

odin is a application fr ur pc wich is used fr flashing any rom or cwm(clockworkmod) recovery..
1nce u flash cwm using odin jst insert d root file in ur sd nd boot in cwm nd den flash d root file as per steps wich u hve been provided by us..

Never. That rom is for i9000 not i9003. And cm9 (ics) has some bugs. And we have to flash fw's in Odin not cmw.

Patch is not working

I tried V2 Patch 2 times but it is not working and always give installation aborted error. Please fix this so that we can enjoy this rom.

First of all i would like to thank rohit for this awesome rom and ui ....
But i am facing some bugs those are as follows:
1) Dolby plus will not start it will show up like unfortunately, dolby has stopped.
2) R- settings is not at all working for ex: I will check on the ram progress bar after i close the settings it will be automatically unchecked.
Apart from these i am not facing any problem so, kindly reply asap and fix the above bugs. once again thank you .

First of all its not my ROM...
And second you should repartition ur system and then flash the rom...
There is a thread for repartition your system partition by Faiz. You should use the method before installing this ROM...

Copy system/lib/libcameracustom.so from any other 4.2.2 ROM and paste it in your system. Set permissions and reboot.

Great ROM. Have only one issue for me!
This ROM can be named as the best rom I've ever used on this device in terms of performance and looks. Gives a decent battery life and when clocked carefully, will give you awesome performance as well! The Xperia launcher is better than the epic launcher in my opinion. Inbuilt Greenify donation pack is a gem! Thank you developers for adding the donation pack.
The only issue I face is when trying to play videos on YouTube via the YouTube app (browser plays YouTube videos well)
The videos lag and only the sound plays on even after the full video is buffered! Please try to provide a patch for this issue. Except that, this ROM is excellent. Thanks a lot for the devs for an awesome Lollipop experience in our A110.
