Known solutions for cache issues:
If you have issues accessing Sense Widgets, just clear HTC Sense data in app settings. Make sure you backup your Desktop in Titanium Backup, before you clear Sense data.
If you temporarily loose access to contacts in dialer, reboot in recovery and wipe cache.

General Information:
The base ROM is close to stock with additional permance and battery tweaks. The tweak package adds user configurable mods in an easy to use AROMA Installer. TrickDroid means YOU have the choice, which tweaks are important on your device. The Tweaks Installer also offers you the choice to return to stock for individual mods anytime you want.

FAQ
Q. I just installed this ROM and it looks identical to stock! Torxx, you ripped me off, this isn’t a custom ROM at all!
A. Not all ROMs have different themes, launchers, or are based off CM. This ROM is dedicated to maintaining the stock feel for those who like their phone but hated all the bloat and wanted a clean, lighter rom with better battery life and more customization options. If you are expecting 20 home screens and JB graphics, feel free to install another ROM, but this is not what Trickdroid is meant to offer.
Q. What’s the difference between the T-Mobile version and the Regular version?
A. The regular version is based off of the latest 2.21 base (Android 4.0.4) from HTC and has several changes from HTC themselves that improves the user experience. The T-Mobile version is based off the TMOB RUU which is on the 1.84 base (Android 4.0.3). Anyone with an S4 processor based One S can install either, but the regular version will lack wifi calling for T-Mobile users. Other than that, there is no other downside to using the regular version on T-Mobile. Wifi calling is the only difference.
Keep in mind that because of the different bases being used for the two versions, they have different tweak packages as well.
Q. What do all the mods do? I'm not sure what to flash
A.
Auto Brightness
The stock HTC auto-brightness settings are a little generous and tend to be a little TOO bright when they shouldn't need to be. This mod will lower the brightness of the display to help save battery.
APM and Auto Brightness
APM stands for Advanced Power Menu. It adds additional features to the power menu (when you hold power) such as volume settings, toggles for mobile network and airplane mode, as well giving you more options for restarting (normal, hot restart, bootloader, recovery). This also includes the auto brightness patch.
APM
See above. This does not contain the auto brightness patch. If you want both, install the above option.
Custom bootanimation
Replaces the stock HTC One S boot animation with a Trickdroid one
Dark HTC bootanimation
Replaces the stock HTC One S white boot animation with the exact same one, only with a black background. One you go black...
1% Circle battery
Replaces the battery indicator on the notification bar with a circle that has numbers inside of it. The numbers indicate battery percentage and the circle depletes/disappears as the battery drains.
1% Stock battery
Adds little numbers into the stock battery indicator on the notification bar to indicate percentage.
Extended Quick Settings and 1% stock battery
Extended Quick Settings, otherwise known as EQS, adds a menu with toggles for system functions (such as wifi, volume modes, mobile network, and many more) into your notification menu. These are available when you press on your carrier name. It also adds the 1% stock battery patch above.
Extended Quick Settings and 1% circle battery
Same as above but instead of the 1% stock battery, you will have the 1% circle battery.
Extended Quick Settings and ICS Statusbar
Same as above but your entire notification bar will be replaced with the ICS style status bar, which does not have the 3D effect and is just a flat bar with the ICS "roboto" font.
Extended Quick Settings with tabbed UI
Another extended quick settings style, but instead of pressing the carrier name to get to the quick settings, there are tabs at the bottom (ala HTC Sense 3.0) that let you switch between notifications and settings. This has a 1% battery notification patch but it does not look like the stock. It is similar, but does not use the default icon.
Extended Quick Settings with tabbed UI and circle battery - NEW
See above, but with the circle battery included instead.
Extended Quick settings with tabbed UI, white ICS icons and MIUI bottom bar
See above, but it will use an ICS style top bar with ICS icons, and the battery notification icon will be replaced with a thin bar right below the notification bar that indicates battery remaining.
Rosie 6x5 and custom background
Gives you a 6x5 layout for icons on your homescreens. It also allows you to add custom backgrounds to your app drawer(correct me if I'm wrong please, I've never used this feature...). Requires tweak app from old package.

Square HTC keyboard
On the stock Sense 4.0 keyboard, the keys will have their rounded edges changed to square edges.
Jellybean Bootanimation
Replace the stock HTC One S boot animation with the Jellybean one.

Replaces the Play Music app with the Jellybean one.
Jellybean Play Store
Replaces the Play Store app with the Jellybean one.
Jellybean Ears Sound Search Widget
Gives you the Jellybean Ears music search widget.
Q. Where’s the “Remove 3-dot menu?” YOU HAD ONE JOB, TORXX and H_STHEONE64! ONE JOB!
A. This question is asked over and over. Previously, remove 3-dot menu had to be a patch but HTC has included it in the ROM natively since moving to Android 4.0.4. This ROM is now based off this base and thus you can find the option to remove the 3-dot menu in Settings>Display, Gestures, & Buttons>Recent Apps Button
Q. My HTC Widgets are all gone! What did I do wrong?
A. You haven’t done anything wrong, this occurs sporadically to random people. To get your widgets back, go to Settings>Apps>All>HTC Sense and tap the “Clear Data” option. Or alternatively, you can reboot into recovery and clear cache/dalvik cache as your first try for when anything goes wrong. Usually something left over in the cache can cause random errors. It’s harmless to try so please do that first.
Q. I’m using TWRP to flash and my phone is stuck at the HTC logo. How come?
A. Relying on TWRP to flash the boot.img is not reliable. Please use the Boot_flash_script to flash the boot.img or do it yourself in fastboot. Having an incompatible boot.img is the common reason for being stuck at the boot logo.
Q. I’m confused as to which Tweak package to install. There’s so many links and versions of the tweak package.
A. Install this one: http://d-h.st/BDr
This is the latest tweak package and is at the end of the tweak package post. Any tweaks in this package are guaranteed to work. The old tweak package (http://d-h.st/lu3) is still available because people wanted access to the Trickdroid Tweaks App, which is no longer offered because the whole tweak package has been over-hauled and a lot of the options in that app no longer apply. There are some things people want to use though (autobrightness control for example).
If you are going to use the old tweak package, do not install anything but the tweaks app as the framework has changed since that tweak package was offered (hence why a new package is used). Any tweaks that alter the framework from the old package will cause boot loops.
Q. I've flashed the tweak package and now my phone is stuck on the boot screen! Help!
A. You completely skipped the last question didn't you? You are stuck in the boot screen because you have flashed a tweak that contains a framework change for the wrong base. If you are using this ROM (Regular version) then use the latest tweak package for v6/v7. If you are using the TMOB version, use the old tweak package for v5.
Go back to recovery(power+volume down), restore your nandroid backup (or if you didn't make a backup, sorry but you'll have to wipe data/cache/dalvik and reflash the rom) and install the proper tweak package.
Q. Whenever I send an SMS, my network signal will drop and the message won’t send.
A. Reboot to recovery, clear cache/dalvik cache.
Q. I’m getting G for my signal! How come I’m only getting GPRS instead of 3G or HSPA+?
A. This is a problem in HTC’s handy work. There are cases being reported where people are getting the G symbol instead of 3G or H but if you do a test with a speed test app, you’ll see that you’re still getting HSPA+ speeds. The symbol is not an effective method of determining network speed. For the time being, just assume G stands for Great!
Q. Does this ROM come with the latest radio?
A. No it does not come with the latest radio. For those with HBoot of 1.13, we cannot flash radios and we must apply SuperCID and then OTA to the 2.21 base to get the latest radio.

This radio can be used by both T-Mobile users and the rest of the world. Yes, Americans are special. Radio is separate from the ROM, so if you have an older radio and are afraid to SuperCID and OTA, don’t worry, the ROM will work the same way.
Q. How come there’s no more screenshot option in the APM tweak?
A. It hasn’t been implemented properly yet, the tweaks are still being worked on. For the time being, use the HTC method: Power button + Home at the same time.

I removed the Checkin Provider so you save some battery because it doesn't sync with htc servers then anymore
Rom works great, no reboots (I had a few reboots on trickdroid v.1.0.0 especially when using browser to watch flash content),
I like that torxx removed the 3 dot menu.

Known solutions for cache issues:
If you have issues accessing Sense Widgets, just clear HTC Sense data in app settings. Make sure you backup your Desktop in Titanium Backup, before you clear Sense data.

Looks good. Still wishing there was a T-Mobile based ROM that either doesn't include the 3-dot menu removal, or has a way to remove that mod. I know I'm in the minority here, but I like the multi-task button too much to have it remapped for the sake of a bit of screen real estate.
I will add a script in the tweaks section which gives you the 3dot menu back
But the majority doesn't want it, so it's removed from the beginning..

Yeah I know. I've tried it a few times, but keep returning to my stock-rooted nandroid. Just personal preference. I can wait until it's either an option in the settings, or until a ROM is available without the mod.

Install
If getting signature validation failed errors, make sure signature checks in recovery are disabled
Wiping data is required if coming from a previous base.
The install formats system, cache, etc. so there is no need for super wipe scripts. Wiping data through the install is optional.
Download the ZIP file to your SD card
Reboot into recovery and "Install ZIP from SD Card". Follow the Aroma Installer wizard

If selecting AOSP Lockscreen, you will have to unlock the phone before seeing who is calling you and being able to answer the phone. I'm still trying to get the AOSP Phone working to properly integrate with the lockscreen.

Unfortunately, for the time being, yes. On my EVO 3D ROM, I was able to get the AOSP Phone.apk working on a previous base until one of the newer bases broke that feature. Once that gets implemented, it'll be possible to answer the phone from the AOSP lockscreen.

Because it's the only ROM where 100% of the features (WiFi Hotspot, etc.) work on my phone. I refuse to use the AT&T bases because of the App Association stuff HTC had to implement as a result of the Apple lawsuit. That leaves 1.88 which I have yet to test with LTE since I won't have it until next week (switching to Telus).

You shouldn't have any problems. You'll probably need to configure your APNs manually though until I can get the updated APN list integrated into the ROM.

If you perform a nandroid backup of your Rogers ROM, you'll be able to restore it afterwards.
However, in the install, if you select Full Sense, No AOSP and unselect all tweaks and apps, you'll end up with something close to Rogers stock, minus the Rogers bloatware.

I got the Cyanogenmod APN list integrated into the framework-res.apk in case anyone wants to try it out.
The zip can be flashed directly after flashing the ROM. This will also make the current Rogers APNs writable (they're currently read-only) and add all of the other ones.

Hello everyone,
first of all I wanted to thank everyone who supported me in the past week and everyone who wrote me pm's motivating me to continue my work. It has been hundreds of pm's, I couldn't believe it how many people actually used the ROM.
The thread is now back and all previous posts are deleted, let's take this as a new beginning and let's hope for a better future.
It was a missunderstanding from my side as I thought that they new sharing rule allows to use every original HTC file, andyharney explained me how it actually is.
Sorry for that, it must be my poor english
I don't want to talk about the past anymore from now on so please don't ask why my thread got deleted etc. and do me a favor, don't post any download links for v1.0.0, I will report these posts and they will get deleted.
I am working on v1.1.0 now with several fixes and I hope you will join the fun.

The full Sense ROM is too laggy imho but I am on Sense 4.1 and will maybe port it but for now I will stay on the lite Rosie

flashed zip, everything went smoothly, but when i try to boot the phone it gets stuck on the desire hd screen. any suggestions for fix? i really enjoyed trickdroid for my one s and my friend wants it on his inspire

It serves to check the integrity of a file that you downloaded. When you go to the webpage you'll see it right below the download link.
After you have downloaded it, you can use es file explorer (there are others which do the same, just check if it has the option), long press on the file, hit properties and you'll see md5 and I believe the other is sha.
Check to see if they match.

MultiROM - doesn't work out of the box on v7.5 - the build.prop needs a simple change from M9 to the M8 - Please flash this in recovery to fix this.
Onscreen buttons on Snapchat.apk - Could be the result of either 2 things from the MOD Pack, so if the .apk is more important than these MODs please keep this in mind, #1 the Color Nav Bar and #2 the Smaller Nav Bar MODs.
Keyboard sometimes does not pop up for some users. Lock/unlock screen to fix.
To set up the Voice Mail Password, some only need to set it up like this: *86,1234
while others need # sign before the pause like this: *86#,1234

Q: I have a question, what should I do?
A: Please read the first (3) three pages of this threads OP, This thread has the first 3 pages with important information. Then try and do a search of this thread to see if the question has already been asked (usually it has), and also read some recent posts (I don't expect you to read the entire thread, but searching basically does that for you). After you have searched and read some of the latest posts, then please proceed with your question.
Q: Do you have constant apps uploading upon reboot? Do you have multiple folders in data/app?

Q: Why aren't you baking the MODs into the ROM?
A: This is because of the MOD Pack. Without a "Tweaks App" to turn the tweaks on/off, it is being done within the Aroma scripting. This is really the best way as it gives many more options and leaves out the need for personalized .zip add-ons that I previously have had to repeatedly make.
This now has all the code in the apps and will only activate if you check it in the Aroma installer. And you can always re-flash to remove/add something. Leedroid and InserCoin have posted Tweaks apps in Lyapotas thread that you can install on this ROM and it will work to control the MODs that are listed in the MOD Pack. If you do this, please ONLY select the Tweaks that are known in the MOD Pack, messing with others may cause issues. If you can't find the Tweaks app, you can always pull it out of the said ROMs and flash onto this one.
Q: I see you posted HKSettings.apk zip, what is this? Is this the full HK MOD?
A: No. This is not the full MOD. What you do if flash the HK MOD from the thread like you normally would. But then you end up with the wrong Settings.apk. I edited the Settings.apk from the ROMs I provided, so flash the HK MOD, then come download the correct HKSettings.zip and flash that and you are good to go.

Happy to see a new ROM around here. I am still on kitkat since I really like xposed, but hopefully roms will have some add ons in the future that give me some of the features I will miss.
Is it possible to implement swipe to sleep on lolipop roms yet?

Forgive my ignorance but what are you asking?
If you mean have it say 4G rather than LTE, I will have to look into that as, when I did the MOD to remove the dormant 4g Icon it also changed it to LTE. I didn't mind, but I can make an add-on.

As it isn't a top priority for me I won't be able to jump on it right away, but I'll certainly add it into the to-do list. This is a hard-coded smali MOD and the code is VERY different in Lollipop, and Lyapota has come to the day to save us with his awesome-ness and sharing of his amazing MODs. and so fast! Be sure to thank him in his thread, and send him some $ if you can.

Do you happen to know if this is only public?
I removed my Wi-Fi from my known networks and it connected fine.
The only public network I know of is the bar I my family owns which has public internet and also one with a sign in with password, I can check on Thursday, unless others can confirm or deny this. Unfortunately Wi-Fi issues aren;'t my strong suit and may need to contact for some help.

I'm so glad I waited on your magic. It was little eventful during the install as several things tried to activate at one and I got the aforementioned com.android error but it resolved and is flying high currently.

Definitely public only. Had no problems on my secure home network. However, now that I mention it, I was never prompted at home during setup to connect to WiFi. I connected after setup.

I apologize for any bugs that arise. I usually wait for an official ROM from VZW before putting one out, but I have been on LP for so long, I decided it's time to make a ROM. I will go through the set-up and see if I can get a log of the error, although I didn't get one when I installed.
but if someone else can get me a log perhaps I can figure it out.
I really appreciate the feedback and am glad you guys are enjoying the ROM! Hopefully the errors will work themselves out. I believe some may be because I may have forgotten an app or something and when you add you Google account the Playstore automatically fixes my mistakes.
