So Vector Unit's 3rd title (After Riptide GP and Shine Runner) Beach Buggy Blitz has now finished its Tegra exclusivity and now is available for all. Just like the last 2 title Vector Unit games this has Gamepad support including Xperia Play but just like the other 2 you have to map them in the settings first.

Cool. Best bit is they havnt made the graphics really bad compared to the tegra 3 version. Its only missing the tinyest bits of detail, which is made up by the gamepad support

Reminds me of a turn based strategy game I once played on my Nokia 6600. Was a Russian or Chinese game translated to English.

I really like the game so far. Two requests:
Can you fix it so the music stops when I quit the app (on xperia tablet s with android 4.0.3)
could a tutorial be added into the game? It is a bit confusing to start with.

Game combines massive battle action and strategy in a new way. It is also free to play.
You are controlling the best soldier of your army in battles. But you have no superpowers - your soldier may get killed like any other. This is a game of skill and tactics. Win the battle by defeating enemy army in action and win the war by commanding your armies with a strong strategy.
Game is easy to play and you'll learn how to control your player in a few minutes using swipe gestures to move and tap to shoot.
The war takes place in planet Emancy in a distant future. Two rivalry nations, Ardalean and Chedirrrean, have failed in negations over important borderline area. Your mission is to defeat enemy and capture the land to your people.
Control land to earn gold and use it to hire more soldiers. Win battles to earn diamonds or buy them to get them faster. With diamonds you can get better and more powerful weapons for your army and you can order reinforcement troops to battles.
Device requirements: Android 4+ and 800x480 screen size or larger.

my galaxy mini unsupported this game. But the video it's fine!

Pretty fun game but you cant play for more than 20 turns... Horrible idea.. I was having a good time playing where i never play mobile games then BAM nope..

Thanks for your feedback. We changed free daily playing limit to a 15 minute break in the latest update so it should be more user friendly.

Slightly unrelated, but is Sonic 4 episode 1 no longer optimised for our Plays? The gamepad isn't fully functioning which is quite a shame really.

I'm impressed by the special stages of this port, they made them full-3D! no more crappy animations :good:

Been having a blast playing as Knuckles. With how much ass Christian Whitehead's been kicking with these ports, SEGA really needs to let him make a brand new Sonic game for mobile using his retro engine. I bet it would be fantastic. It'd be like the Final Fantasy Dimensions of the Sonic franchise, except you know, good.
