Aokp version 3 or cm10 if you want a custom rom
Or try leaked stock if you want a stock rom
I personally use cm10 from www.teamhacksung.org
Aokp is more customizable

Hi everyboy! I want to install AOKP ROM on my sgs, which has an official gingerbread rom, so, because of in the past I had some problems upgrading from GB to ICS, I ask if someone can help me.
As the title suggests I have a Galaxy s2 with Andy X rom 9.0 ICS, I'm currently using siyah but a coworker recommended this kernel to save battery life, he also has a Galaxy s2 but he's using a different rom for ICS...
So wondering if I can use the fluxi kernel with this rom?

Hello guys, I want to update from my gingerbread XXKPQ to any good ICS or JB custom roms. someone please suggest any good roms for i9003 which is stable enough for daily use. I also found one - [TEST][ROM][4.2.2] Cyanogenmod 10.1 for Samsung Galaxy SL (Experimental) [07/03/2013].I think this is the latest cyanogenmod for this phone. In the thread it states that bluetooth don't work & wifi has some problems. I think that's its good rom for me but can I update from my current version?

is your device rooted?
if yes then you should follow the installing instructions of the thread
You have to be rooted and have cwm. I suggest jb.
