Anyone else unable to update Xperia GO with Jelly Bean 4.1

Hi I have an Xperia GO but when I go to update it using Bridge for Mac it says no update available. Anyone else having this problem? If so have you found a way to update it.

Help pleaaaase!

Hey guys,
I'm not really a pro or a geek at android, i just need some serious help it takes me ages to find an official android to download!! I have a Vodafone Smart Tab 7 it such a great tablet and i really enjoy i got sick from honeycomb and i wan't jelly bean 4.3/4.2/4.1! Please send me any working links. i had a samsung galaxy mini and i found links so easy and used to done this with ROM manager. :good: :good: :good:
PS: Please reply asap i really need this!

I want to upgrade my LG E460 from Jelly Bean to KitKat, please. Can anyone tell me, an Android beginner, how to do it and direct me to the correct files? I know I have to root the phone and then upgrade.
