Gtalk Video Sideways

Anybody else have this issue?

Sounds like you may be running a ROM that's using a pre-official release of GB as that was one of the bugs with the early GB ROMs.

This only happens on Sense Roms, AOSP roms work fine, no sideways video.

[HELP] RealPlayer problem

Hey guys I have a problem with RealPlayer on latest Icysnap by neko it's installing well but when to open the app it appears a pop-up with scanning media then it just close. Every time I try to open the app the process is the same .
My request is that if one of you can install the app on their phone and post a comment how it worked on ics .
PS : On my other phone a Samsung ace running gingerbread it works well

Works here on Protos ICS. Did you rebooted your phone? And it is better to ask in the discussion thread

Yes I rebooted it but I think it's a rom problem .
New suggestions are welcome
PS : I didn't know Protos rom is based on ics

I didn't knew that, too
First, I wanted to base it on GB, but then ICS is so stable, almost like GB, so I've choosen ICS. But GB and Jelly Bean version are coming soon, too.

Why you use RealPlayer, MX player better more!!

I like more Realplayer you can play music and see movies with it . I think he is working only on gb because I flashed on my phone genetics by hephappy and the problem with player it's still there. I have an ace and the player works on him because it's with gb .
So the conclusion is that the RealPlayer doesn't work on ics

Yeh...I tried Popdog's Oxygen ics ,Rasheds JB nd hephappy's latest GenetICS ....Real player just starts nd tries to scan media nd just closes...
But thres no problem of watching videos with real player,bcz when we try to open a file from gallery or file manager nd choose real player,it works perfectly....since that we now got omx patches its cool too....
So its wrong to say its not working with ics ...it could b a minor bug....
BTW esfileexplorer is also getting fc in all these roms....

I tried differents roms too and I had the same bug like you and when I try to open a music file or video it's starting to play the file and I think like you it's an minor bug with that scanning pop-up .

I think Real player is a omx problem cause sme features like realmedia, avi decoding arent fixed till nw .. patches are still comming in from our most capable developers ... as for the es explorer try updating and fix permissions frm recovery .. if it dosent work u could use the "fix emissions" option in v6 supercharger

as the title says .. the video camera looks blurry...slow.. on the computer on details says 14 Frames per second :s
i already tried with remICS and slimbean but same with both is it "normal" on jelly bean roms?
wich do you think is a good rom jelly bean or ICS ? bugs free
i appreciate you help i bored of flashing roms i got the infuse yesterday and havent been able to use it properly :/ and GB is not as beauty as JB

does anyone knows if it happens on every jelly rom? or if there is a fix for it ? please :/

720p video recording is one of the issues with JB on the Infuse. Try 480p and it should be fine.

LOL...there are tons of roms for this phone...just look in the dev section...infuse has an amazing selection
Now, both ics and jellybean have the camera issue with the infuse...however I have heard that jscotts old version of cm9(on rootzwiki) has workimg 720p recording...thats just based off someones claim, I havent tested it out myself...besides that build hasany other bugs that have since been fixed
Jb has everything working great except the camera...so if you need the camera than I would go for a gingerbread rom...check out the ISET (Infuse Super Everything Thread) it should have a list of all available romsm..its stickied on the dev section

I was flashed beanstalk rom android 4.3, there is camera resolution only 420p but its stock it was 720p any solution to fix this problem? if there is any solution to improve camera quality plz tell me............ plzzzzzzzzz

This is a known issue for all jellybean 4.xx roms for the infuse there is no fix for this we don't have support for this phone since gingerbread so the video recording only works on 480p.

[Q] camera and video recording issues

Hello.
This is my first thread.I have updated jellybean version 4.2.2 cynagenmod 10.1 alpha 3 in my samsung galaxy s gt i9003. It has been 4 days since installation.And all credits to dhiru for such an amazing work and making my phone a new one with amazing features.The only problem i am facing is with the camera and video recording.Camera clearity is not clear while i take photos.Have tried downloading different camera apps frm playstore.But still the same prob.Also while video recording , its too slow while recording and also hangs a bit while moving screen.Please help me if there is any solution for this problem..how can i fix it??

Use are using an. CM alpha build it must have many bugs of it own including the camera
