STEPS FOR INSTALLATION :
Download the ROM .zip file
Transfer it to your SD card
Reboot into Recovery
Select wipe data/factory reset ( A MUST ! )
Select install zip from SD
Select NinjaROMv1.zip
Flash it
Reboot phone
First boot takes quite a long time... so be patient... don't try to turn your phone off or anything
don't do anything until the setup wizard appears
Finish the Setup
Press the options button ( 2nd from left in the hardware touch buttons )
Select More >> ADWSettings >> Theme Preferences >>Select the Theme as 'Minimalist' >> Scroll Down and APPLY THEME
Thats it ... !!!

KNOWN ISSUES:
Reboot into recovery does not work ( enter recovery from bootloader instead ) no idea why ...
Settings will force close when personalize option is selected ( due to the absence of HTC sense Launcher )
Slight Theming errors in some .9 png's ... (had edited without decompiling ) ...

Yea ... sure ...

double lock screen
i had just installed the rom and the lock screen was o.k., then after 5 min..(i didn't do any changes) but i had to unlock the screen two times......
first unlock style was that of samsung mobiles and then the second one was the stock ninja style.....
they both overlaped each other.....
it got ok after a normal restart.......

Yea ... that is due to the removal of the HTC Lock screen ... the AOSP Lockscreen sometimes kicks in nd makes a fuss ... ... easy correct is .... just disable holo locker and re-enable it again ... :good:

Please check the problem with the status bar........

Then whatever activity we do, it doesn't hide back on its own,

But when we swipe up to hide it and then again swipe down to show it, and again do some activity, it disappears on its own.......and doesn't come back on its own........

.
During the lock screen, simply pressing home unlocks the screen.....
.
When I disable the home button in holo locker, the problem is solved, but then it does not hide the dock bar.......

You should try to make a partially SenseLess version. It's relatively easy to do so.
I see a bright future in this mod, don't give up and finish it. I would test it but I'm already occupied by CyanogenMod 9, so sorry.

setting-Performance doesnr work and freezes phone,quick reply works and overal the rom is kinda laggy nice rom tho first JB rom i tried and loved but im switching back to a GB rom (not a huge fan of JB)

Camera works (3 mpx) no cam corder, panoramic not so good. Had to get rid of super su & dl regular su app. Got rid of that USB app too.
Edit - Performance works fine here, even changing settings worked fine.

You can try if u like but instead of starting from scratch u can work on a MIUI JB to iron-out the bugs in it.
Then it will be tad helpful for both devs and users

Please try to fix these bugs if possible.
1) Music player can't detect songs.

Music player problems can be fixed by Opening File Explorer apps and choose Music in BROWSE tab.

How do I enable HALO?
Go into settings. Under Illusion System Settings, select interface. You will find Halo Options. Here you can turn on halo, and tweak the way Halo works.
Where is my Data toggle in the notification pane quick settings panel?
As of right now, the only way to toggle data is through the Data Usage menu in settings. A fix is being worked on for this. I believe the problem exists in quite a few ROMS for the One.
How do I enable/Disable CRT animations
CRT off animation can be toggled under Illusion System Settings>Display
Any Bugs?
Not sure if it is mac only, or whether this will occur on PC as well, but if you connect as MTP, mac does not recognize it. ADB and PTP work fine. It is only MTP where this issue occurs.

I had the same problem! It turns off straight after the splash screen, then after a while it automatically boots to splash, then off again and so on.

Sorry, didn't see this until I'd restored my backup! I tried aux kernel and teamseven kernel and neither of those worked either! I tried with and without gapps, just in case it was to do with the slim gapps package! I also did both recovery flash and fastboot too!

So the ROM boots up and is confirmed ....Can you please post some screenshots here

Ok, The latest build boots fine.
Issues include not being recognized over USB (is recognized through ADB, but not through finder on mac)
The KeyLime Pie theme is awesome!!!

Just thought I would make a quick FAQ for new flashers. These are a list of my initial questions and concerns (which i guess everyone would have). This is a standin until droidmaster makes an official FAQ.
How do I enable HALO?
Go into settings. Under Illusion System Settings, select interface. You will find Halo Options. Here you can turn on halo, and tweak the way Halo works.
Where is my Data toggle in the notification pane quick settings panel?
As of right now, the only way to toggle data is through the Data Usage menu in settings. A fix is being worked on for this. I believe the problem exists in quite a few ROMS for the One.
How do I enable/Disable CRT animations
CRT off animation can be toggled under Illusion System Settings>Display
Any Bugs?
Not sure if it is mac only, or whether this will occur on PC as well, but if you connect as MTP, mac does not recognize it. ADB and PTP work fine. It is only MTP where this issue occurs.

Actually i dont have that device and i made it from source. So i think if u guys have any flashable zip for modem it can work
Can somebody try and post it here the solution if anybody finds ?

I wanna flash this so bad that I might just do it and then see if I can be the hero that gets it working! (data)
i guarentee someone can easily fix this, we just gotta ask the mrom guy or whoever else made their own cm10.1 rom itll be a similar fix

I tried and it didnt work....it actually created a problem. It started doing that ..android .phone process.. has closed..It makes it to were you cant do anything

copy that xml file to system/etc via any rootexplorer and set permission as rw-r--r--
than reboot the device and let me know the data is working or not ??
