Log in to boot load and if your root was correct you should be able to recover to last stable ROM/stock rom if you backed up your phone correctly.

Yes download ROM manager from market(premium one if you want touch recovery )
Select flash recovery, choose your device and u are done....its a very easy method
Alternative
by Odin download cwm file from dev section and flash it as PDA....u are done...

Odin would be safer as I havent heard yet that rom manager is safe for this device. If it is someone please say so.

Cwm from rom manager forced recovery loop
im using a sprint note 3 (sm-n900p) and i downloaded Rom Manager to get cwm and it said that it downloaded and installed just fine. i booted into recovery and it just loops over and over. If i remove battery and turn on normally, it'll continue to loop the same. the only solution to fix the loop i had was to take out the battery and boot into download mode, then i pressed down to cancel and it loads up normal. but for now, rom manager has messed up my recovery. (im not an expert on this, but im not a beginner either) just thought id give you guys a heads up

As long as you've already downloaded cwm you can just about always access it but if you haven't already used Odin to root then you won't have cwm

Can you use another computer that has a card reader? You could dl a ROM (if u have a custom recovery) to ye sd card from that comp, xfr it to you sd card, and flash a custom ROM that way...
...if you can use another comp.
Right. Well I see that you said this is solved so nevermind!!!!
