Hi all,
I just bought a Note 10.1 with wifi version(N8013) from somewhere (Hong Kong just sells 3g version only).
However, the firmware do not support Chinese as a default language.
So, are there any firmware available that can support Chinese?
Moreover, is the firmware for N8010 compatible with N8013?
Thanks!
Sorry for posting this question in a wrong area!(I dont know how to delete this post btw)

sorry but i dont know of any, if the att firmware doesnt have it then you are out of luck because the canadian firmware only has 3 languages, english, french and korean. if the infuse gets released in a rusian speaking country then let us know the model number and im sure someone will try to track it down. untill then we will have to wait for a good themer to port a lot of the framework from an i9000 over to our rom. unfortunately this phone doesnt support roms for galaxy s phones.
and please these threads can go in the infuse general section.
Hi All,,
I want to know what differences would I experience in moving from DDLSC to XXLT4 ROM for my Galaxy Note GT-N7000? Since the DDLSC build is meant for India and XXLT4 for some other country, will there be any difference related to language packs or website domains or anything that I would experience? I'm quite new to this so sorry if this is a silly question
Thanks,
Vaibhav

Hi, basically no.
You will experience some network problems, since the csc you flash with the other firmware, doesn't include indian csc. You'll need to flash a indian csc on that one with odin to fix this issue. And also a rom wouldn't change your IP, so there won't be any problem on websites.
And feel free to ask any question on the help thread. You can get link from my signature.

I appreciate your quick reply and thanks alot for the information. Can you please elaborate more on the network problem that I might face. I know I wont be able to receive the OTA updates from Samsung in India if I flash other country's ROM, but will this be the only problem or there are others as well? Also can you please let me know the steps to change the CSC or any reference would be highly appreciated.

Hi.
The network problems I am talking about is not related to OTA but about not having connectivity (minor chances), auto sms sending (depends) to samsung, etc. For correction you'll have to flash csc file from odin. You can see guides on odin flash. And use the button instead of just saying thanks.

Hi, guys! I am new here and new to Android as an OS. Please forgive me if my question is stupid or asked in a wrong way, but it is important for me to do things right, so I don't brick my phone. Samsung Galaxy S II Plus GT-I9105P is my first smartphone and now I am looking for update to 4.2.2. The thread I have question about is here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2334103
The question is - which version of them all in the thread above to choose. My current OS is 4.1.2. baseband version I9105PXXAMC1. I live in Bulgaria, and the phone is localized for Bulgaria (contains Bulgarian language), but I use the phone in English. I would appreciate if you can tell me which version to choose. I prefer the deodexed versions, so I can fix the famous initially-low-volume ringing of Samsung.
Thanks in advance!
there is only 1 version of the 4.2.2 stock rom for s2 plus, XXUBMG8 (yea right samsung is so slow)
that version is for germany but it works on all s2 plus devices.
you should download the deodex version if you want

I see. Hopefully it contains English, because 5 years of studying German and 8 years not practicing it will make it hard to operate Thanks for the reply!

yes it does
Yeah, it contains English. AFAIK, all Samsung firmwares regardless of country or region, contain English.

Guys, I installed the rooted and deodexed 4.2.2. It's great, thank you. Only problem was I didn't automatically received 3G settings from my carrier, so I contacted them and now it's fine. :cyclops:

Hello!
I will give a look into moving this post to the correspondent forum for Galaxy Tab A to people guide you if there is any International version you can flash onto your device so you can use it in Spanish. Thought, if you register yourself as an user the process could be better as well as I could try to help you via PM since I know Spanish.
Cheers!

The first thing I'd do is check sammobile, but this is something strange. Either you have not provided your real mobile model or it just does not exist...

Samsung Galaxy (2016) J7
Model: SM-J710FN
Thanks for providing the full model number ! I did find one firmware but the country is India, but, hopefully, that should not matter and you should still be able to use it normally with greek language (Btw, I'm going to greek for a vacation soon), here it is!
