I am really eager for a blackberry rom we hav htc,xperia etc styled rom n nw its time to hav a blackberry styled rom for our fit, any dev who can make this rom plz plz try it n if ny1 wants source den its on galaxy ace already and even i can help smhw if possible for me..please look at this thread nd if any1 can then do reply.. i wud v glad nd vry much thankful for the dev who can make this..

varun dont worry yaar....ok do one thing root your phone...download metamorph or ninjamorph and theme as much as you like thats really simple and stable also see youtube for it

Dude u can theme the apps your self like samsung galaxy s2 and for lock u can use any custom locker!

u shud know to take logcat(simple just find it in xda)

hey bro i m new to xda .. i dont even know how to post my problem and where to post so i am posting here ... well can any 1 help me in rooting my canvas 2 jb 4.1.1 ... i know u can definetly bring me out of dis trouble ... i hav been trying since feb 2012 nd still not rooted .. even used sp flash tool bt here also .. unsuccessful .... please help me yaar i cn evn pay money fr tht ... i knw all of u dnt wrk here fr people to recieve any kind of payment but bro it will be just a way of thanking you ... please any guru over here help me to root my device please .. my email ....... [email protected] ... phon no .. 8004366431 .... please help me yaar u jst hav to reply me at dis email or no ..... nd just tell me the time u want me to call you ... please help me .. i would also lyk to add you in my facebook account as i m vry fond of my cell nd i need a good tech guru type frnd .... help will be highly appreciated .. now u cn only help me .. u r my last hope ... now i dnt evn wana touch my pc because i know that i will not be able to root my phone so why to take risk .... plese bro help me ............

jst use Farmaroot.apk .install and follow the tread

First of all install proper drivers for canvas 2 in your pc.
Pls use this thread to install proper drivers --->CLICK HERE TO GO TO THAT THREAD.
Then after installing the drivers,sp flash tools will detect your phone when connected.
so then use THIS THREAD HERE to root your phone.
Also pls post any queries and doubts in relevant thread. Like if you face any problem while installing drivers then pls ask in that drivers thread.

Actually framaroot works fine with both boromir and faramir* so u can go for it.u dont need pc or drivers. Jst an apk to install dats it so for beginners it would be easy
