No ROMs yet, but if you check here some may pop up soon.

Hey I am just curious, how much dev support does the sensation have? Since many of us have S-On it is hard to tell. Like we will get CM7 and MIUI when s-off occurs? Or is it too early to tell
Of course we'll get all that
Why don't you take a look in the development section?
Or post your Q in the Q&A section?

I'm going to root my evo4g, the only question I have is, since this is my first time doing it and not sure which Tom to use, what would be the best ron to start out with for a noob?

You might want to ask your question in this EVO Q&A thread.
Rooting guides and different ROMS are located in this thread.

As already stated, go to your device's forum and look for instructions. Right at the top of the dev section is a sticky with a full rooting guide. If you have any further questions about rooting, the MT4G Slide section would be the place to ask. Thread closed.
Is it possible to use temp root to do something different from replacing the CID?
I am interested in the technicalities of the exploit. I cannot post in the dev forum (newbie)

Nope. I was just trying to understand if I can use the exploit to simply delete a bunch of **** from the phone without "tampering" it.
No. You can't.

First things first...questions don't belong in the development section. All questions (including this one) belong in the Q&A section only.
Thread Moved.
