Is there any way to get more internal memory WITHOUT data wipe - factory reset?

I found Link2SD.
It really works!
I always have >60/186MB (w/ 100 apps)!
I used to run out of internal memory w/ 50-60 apps before Link2SD.
So a big thanks to the dev that made Link2SD!!

Hi,
Today I tried to install/move an app to my sd card.. I realised my sd card has 9mb of free space. Thus I couldnt move the app.
I thought apps were installed in the sd-ext partition? How can I check what my sdcard and sd-ext's remaining memory are?

U can check storage space in menu>settings>storage.

You can also try my app SD Maid to view your remaining memory and maybe clear some space up.

Maybe not enough space?
Ive given 1.5gb of allocation to sd-ext. I doubt my 18 apps have taken that much?
+1 for the SDmaid app. Handy tool.

If u install Titanium Backup even the free version, there is sd-ext info after start page. So u can see free space. Maybe it try install it into phone memory and that it full ...
So I just switched from cm9 to aokp the only issue I have with this from is the storage its using my external memory card... I have no access to any content that is stored on my internal storage... I don't use my external memory for anything but backups and from storage so without my internal SD I have none of my vital info. Does anyone know how to get access to the internal storage on the aokp rom

Doesn't flashing a ROM wipe that?

No. Wrong.
Flashing an Odin one click wipes internal storage.

Don't know how I did this but under internal storage my phone's Total space reads 12.05Gb and not 16Gb. I have a 16Gb version. I'm rooted running Liquidsmooths current RC9. How do I reset/format to get the phone to read the whole 16gb? Anyone have any ideas?
The android OS is on your internal memory so it takes up some space.

16gb is the phone memory in total. You really get 12. Lol

Hi my tablet is experiencing storage issues although I don't have much apps installed... I have moved all the photos, videos, music on my external sd card, removed many games, cleared all the cache and now there is less than 500mb space available which is not allowing me to install new apps or update the existing ones also, my device lags a lot.
Pls suggest me a way to free space I don't know where all my space has vanished, I will also like to inform that I'm running on official 4.1.2 release and the device is not rooted!
Thanks
Did you install any virtual ram or app2sd apps?

Yes i had installed app2sd but removed it immediately when I found its no use on my tab...I havent installed any virtual ram apps.
What's that circle?
If all your stuff is on the external SD already, try formatting the internal.

That circle is chat head of one of my fb friend. I have factory reset my tab and now its all fine, this is the second time I had to loose all my apps and data and its headache to download alk over when u dont have wifi.... what is the problem anyway why the memeory gets filled so much when I know there isnt much user data. One of my friend said its a jelly bean memory leak issue, is it possible?
