Chainfire 3D not compatible?

I'm trying to instal Chainfire as potter the instructions in the games thread, soI can play X-plane, but the market on both my device and in my PC browser says that it's not compatible? Am I missing something?

for me I had no issues and I installed it from the Market including the pro version and tegra plugins working perfect.

did you root your device first?

chainfire 3d requires root

There are some weird issues with CF3D and certain permutations of SU and it's binaries. The CFRoot kernel has been perfect with CF3D and both my Notes. I'd try that and see how it goes first.

Guys it's not a matter of rooting.
What he is saying is the Market says the device (aka Galaxy Note) is not compatible and therefore there's no 'INSTALL' button!
And I have the same problem.

Did you install all the plugins AND choose the option to fix the market after installing them?

It's rooted, and i've done the procedure to install the CFRoot kernel, but still I get this -

Nope, because I can't install Chainfire 3D itself. I have the plugins sitting there waiting to be installed, though.

Are you on the sheep rom? I had some apps work on the stock rom but then wouldnt show/install in the market when on the sheep rom

Think Chainfire needs to add the note to the support list. hardware wise it should be compatible as the note has the same SoC as the sgs2. in fact the note is just a bigger and overclocked sgs2.

If your using a non standard screen density market will do this.

Just now I found a nice application which is so useful for Rooted & Specially Unrooted devices.
My friend just bought MMX A110 & that is Unrooted. I simply said you wont b able to send installed apks which is usually installed in root of device.
I stunned when he send me this application from his root via just a tap. OMG, it is great.
How to install it..??
Just download it from play store & install like normal APK.
How does it work..??
It just scan all apks in both internal(Including ROOT) & external SD. When all apks scanned (take 4-5 Sec) then just tap which app you want to send & touch send button.

Remember, it doesn't need root to your device. Means anyone can use it.

Nice find! Buddy its better if u remove the apk and only give the link. U never know regarding redistribution rights even if its free.

Yup buddy, redistribution is something different coz its free then we can distribute it by our own in a community. but as you are saying, i m removing it. BTW The application you are saying is also same as this one. correct me if I m wrong..??

Actually there are 2 diff apps by the same dev, one is that u posted and the other is that I mentioned. In playstore the dev has put screenshots of both apps in the same app..

Is this better than Titanium Backup convert to system app option?
And should we use this option on some apps? Its usefull for phones with low memory i think?
And what you guys think about MyAppSharer? Its like Bluetooth App Sender but better I think.

Getting Earth Defense Force 2017 3D off my phone

Can anyone help me get an apk out of a device?
A few years back I bought a Lynx 3D which came with Earth Defense Force 2017 mobile.
It is an awesome game hampered by the touchscreen controls and laggy software on the phone.
I want to to get the apk off the Lynx and put it on my Note 2. Then I could use my Ps3 controller or even hook it up to my TV. either way I'm sure it will perform better with the higher specs of the Note 2.
I would love to buy the game but after waiting for years it has never hit the Play store and it looks like the developer has just forgotten about it.
It would seem a waste to leave such an awesome game stuck on such a low-spec phone to be forgotten by the world.

No need of abd usage then u must root.
If u r not interested in rooting then temporary root the mobile,using ginger break(app for android) - google it...
Then after temp rooting install latest app called syatem app remover (http://www.apkmania.co/2012/03/systemapp-remover-v428-apk.html?m=1) .
Dont worry after reboot the mobile unroots it self, no damage to ur mobile..

I managed to get the apk using Astro. Just tried installing it on my Note 2 and it jut says "Application not installed".
Where should I go from here?

What do you mean download it? It isn't in the app store. It wasn't released anywhere in the world as far as I can tell. It's just on this one phone.

See the little magnifying glass? Play Store has one too. If you use it to search for ROOT you'll find quite a few, at least 250 apps. So that would be your starting point.

I don't like the idea because nobody knows if the apps are legit, infected or modded and of course you need the permission of the original developer to host it outside the original stores. If you really have all permission to do (I don't think so) you need something to verify that the apps are okay, the problem is here that if you show on the app or server the md5 or signature or whatever people still need to download it and check against this to really get an proof that all is clean. I not trust servers or unknown people and of course nothing with ad or ads in there server names (adfoc).

Install it, look the ROOT大师 icon and open it.
Then tap the blue button, after that you’ll see a green button.

yes , many users in the Philippines, India, Thailand used this method

Its nice to try.. weird that no one posted a feedback. Rooting this fone is mainly for debloating I think. Habe you sucessfully debloted this with really unnecessary samsung apps that hogs resources?

they dont give feedback because many s duos 2 users are in their specific groups at facebook. their feedback are posted there. rooting s duos 2 can debloat your phone and also by adding tweaks to free up more ram

you can use Greenify to free up your ram

it work for me without probleme
there is no Kinguser.apk in /system/app but irootsu.apk i delete it without probleme
