i`m new on XDA. This is my first post and i`m sorry for my verry bad english.
I`ve tested some ICS ROMS on my Galaxy S+ but all have the same bug with poweramp. The headsetbutton won`t work if the screen is off.
On Galaxy SII there no problems with poweramp and headset.
I`ve not enough posts to write directly to the right forum.
So i hope ivendor or arcos68 read this and fix it soon.

I can't call with free Apps like yuilop or forfon. I don't hear my partner and the partner not me.

I am not a expert but I would like to help out even if I'm saying maybe things are not true but I could be of help in regard to the camera of samsung galaxy with si9001 CM9
smartphone Xperia Arc S is updated to ICS and uses the same cipset of our end and maybe we are missing the drivers for the camera may be taken from that device, I'm no expert but it could be helpful information.

Infact, all phones that gets updated to icm by roms, having problems. The openmax driver codecs are not avaidable for developers. So working preview, camcording, and HQ on youtube would be very hard. But there's hope, someone started a petition to OpenMax, to release to codes. There are needed 7500 sign's, we have almost 7200 right now. But if OpenMax will do it, is another issue

Can anyone tell me for some better customized software for samsung galaxy mini pop ( 832mHz procesor) it already have instaled gingerbread, but i would like to put some better rom. i have searc in many pages, but couldnt find it yet. best regards, ivan
Totally agree. Also have the Galaxy Pop Plus (GT-S5570I) . I've been searching everyhere for some nice ROM and all I found was awful modficated ROMs of Samsung Galaxy Y (they have simmilar hardware) .
Coders and developers , I'm begging You to make nice ROM for our Android.
I was in that situation too. No cyanogenmod so far, no others. The Galaxy Y and the 5570i has minor hardware differences, so i really dont recommend flashing a cooked Y rom. the stock 2.3.6 is not so bad when rooted, so i stayed with that. And I strongly recommend the "Advanced task manager" app from market, if you have slowing issues. It helps a lot.

I'm currently running a custom ROM on my Samsung galaxy S3 '' Carbon ROM'4.4.4'' which I'm really happy with except from the fact that I recently discovered that when I try and record a video with my device, the recorded video always comes out with very low volume, I could hardly hear anything, I never had that issue before installing this ROM.
I'm wondering if anybody did come across a similar issue with a custom ROM, and if there is any solutions to fix this annoying problem because I don't wanna switch to another ROM just for this only problem

Once you reach 10 posts, you can ask in the rom threads. Do read some of the rom thread first... Starting at the last page and reading back. If it's a current issue, it's usually discussed recently.

In my opinion, the Samsung Gallery is a great Gallery!
I searched the Internet for days now and i didn´t find any apk or flashable zip file which is working.
So my last Chance to maybe find a working Samsung Gallery for my Nexus 5 (Stock, Root, 5.0.1) is this thread. :fingers-crossed:
I relly hope, that anybody is out there who can solve my Problem or maybe is able to port this awesome App!

i dont think you can use the samsung gallery on your nexus 5 because it need many frameworks which are only available with touchwiz .i have tried using the samsung galaxy s3 gallery but i couldnt
No its part of the terrible touchwiz.
you can't but give a try to cyanogenmod gallery ,trust me its much butter then Samsung sh*t
