Imduvall, like you I have the same phone have used countless apn's, Straight Talk customer service is about useless as it comes. And it is still not connecting to any network so have you found a solution yet? and if you did can you share it with me..... TIA

Yeah, I tested it...
...for about 5 minutes or so.
Ran smoothly but was no big deal off the ordinary stock ROM.
Everything including the symbols came in blue afterwards, the preinstalled programs I found not too useful, the dandelion live wall paper came already with the stock ROM...I dropped it and went back to the rooted and Clockwork Mode revovery'd stock ROM.
Anyway, this Russian stock ROM (unfortunately it's the *only* custom ROM out there for the Tinji as far as I know) brings you CMW recovery if you never managed to flash it on your own (like me, 'cause I never found a recovery.img with CWM recovery before).
You take the recovery.img out of the download and flash it with the Flash Tool.
In fact, I just renamed it to cwm_recovery.img when I uploaded it to the link given here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1996042, post #3 (in fact, Patrik, that's the original discussion that the two of us had that brought you here).
I subscribed to the Russian board (forum.china-iphone.ru) and keep checking on updates on their ROM.
Unfortunately, they support neither Forum Runner nor Tapatalk.
Fortunately, I remember like ten words in Russian from school.

When I tested the version 2 of this ROM yesterday for about 2 minutes I noted nevertheless one *very* helpful thing: it adds the "reboot recovery" option to the shutdown menu, one thing I always found very helpful using CyanogenMod and that had not yet been inserted although I've installed ROM Manager *and* Goo Manager.

I forgot, already tested it. Did not work. Gave me the idea it could work for my old - the Tinji. Except for I sold it.

Well... i think i've might bricked my tianji.. it wouldn't turn on or give any sign of life... but i've already disassembled it and found the TP and managed to make the pc recognize it again... now im looking for a compatible rom to flash.

I've already tried the V1, i've founded it on that site, but i've tried yours also... now the problem is that the phone boots but only displays white.. probably im doing something wrong.. dunno.

I have this Tianji i9220 too. But I don't have any model sticker on this phone, all that I had was the model number in the settings... :silly:
Meanwhile I know that's it^^
So after 3 days of flashing these and flashing those.... And flashing any wrong preloaders that I had... And after all the procedure with Test Points and so on... Btw thank you god for give us the TP! Otherwise my phone would just be crap and I was just about to throw it away...
Now to my question... Is there any working custom ROM? The links in previous posts are all down
It might be great if there is any MIUI or Cayanogen ROM! But this hope I've lost since a long time ago...

Will do, still at least an hour to go, host site is slow as I have 120mb fibre optic!
Does anyone know if I flash this will I still be able to go back to my current rom. Anyone think that root may not work on this? Do we have to wait for a speciifc root or can I just use the same root process as before?

If you have mobile odin, you can flash this and tick the ever root option and you will not lose root, but you can use the same root process as before. I have deodexed, rooted and flashed this, now playing around. It does not seem to have multi window but there does seem to be some minor improvements so far, but still playing around with it.

Thanks for the info. My download finished but then realised I had grabbed ALJ3 and not ALJ4 lol! so just waiting for it to download again.
Did you use ALJ3 or ALJ4? Can you post the de-odexed version somewhere? as downloading from Hotfile is a nightmare!
Shame about multi window though!

I got lj3. I didn't see lj4. I will have to have a look again later but I can't access the sam mobile site at the moment just says bad gateway. I can't upload anything at the moment but will try upload the stock deodexed tonight if get a chance, may need to get lj4 instead though if that's up

Yeah I have the same with sammobile so I grabbed them from http://samsung-updates.com/latest-firmware/
Will not have time to try until later tomorrow now but if you can grab LJ4 may be worth giving it a go!

Finally we have a new rom from October !!! I was beginning to think i9305 would forever lag behind i9300.
Just one question (forgive me as I have never flashed an i9305 rom before, only i9000).
Often with the s1 we needed to repartition when flashing, which wiped data. If I flash over my i9305T stock rom, will all my data/settings be preserved as is the case with a Kies update? I also don't know if the fact that my device is i9305T makes any difference... I have read that others have successfully flashed i9305 roms but I don't know if their data was preserved.
Thx to anyone who can help me! No rush as I'm downloading the rom ever so slowly.. .xD

Can you translate the text attached to English mate? Or can anyone else?
I'm trying to flash this OTA over the stock 1.28.401.7 odexed rom with CWM, but it hangs already for 10 minutes on Running bug_fix1 tool...
Is it normal that it takes this long to flash this OTA?

Tried to flash it with clockwork recovery. Ran into the same problems as edgard28
It is a update package for 1.28.07 (or something like that). In the package there's also a rooting procedure built in. It seems that it fails on that procedure.

I had a rooted stock rom. Maybe the rom should not be rooted, no idea. The rest of the script looks fine btw.

Air Gesture on my phone is very limited, just works in one way. Multiwindows, smart: stay, scroll, rotation, pause don't work. Screen resolution if you believe CPU-Z is also lower because it is: 960x540.

That device doesn't have custom rom and i think it never gonna have one.

Hello, my name is Vincent and I have a problem with the gallery and my camera phone, the problem I have since I deleted a file with Root Explorer and since then I see no picture, not the camera works and is giving me a headache . Can I have you please make a copy of the ROM you have installed from the Recovery and send me to my email? I do not know anyone who has this phone and I have downloaded the firmware page Archos and leaves me install from the Recovery. Please help me, I can not even use the camera flash for flashlight. I found the firmware by running logcat and checking for an upgrade. In the logs I found this link - http://update.archos.com/AFMv1/storage//files/full/a40btisr/20140707.134642/update.zip
It leads to the official firmware, you can flash it through recovery mode.

So I was able to finally get something to port to this darn phone. Thanks again to the ArchiKitchen. Everything that I tested worked with the rom except for the Hot Knot function and Camera. Now matter what I switched it would still not work. I encourage anyone that still has the phone, please see if maybe you can figure something out as i continue to try myself.

system cannot register in russian 3g, 4g mobile networks. camera as you said didn`t working just black screen.
I would love to update this to 5.1 but it was such a fight with Cube, also the reason I won't buy another one of their products. Any and all help appreciated
