I've got a question. Can someone simply answer to me, how difficult is to prepare custom ROM for HTC Rhyme? It has got the official ICS ROM from HTC with Sense 3.6 and it is almost totally the same phone as HTC Desire S. Desire S has model name S510e and Rhyme is called S510b. I think that only difference is dock mode capability and HTC Charm support. So for example if I take some Desire S custom ROM, how could I tune it to make it useful on HTC Rhyme?
What a pity, that the phone like HTC Rhyme hasn't got its own section on XDA

I would do it to my girlfriend´s Rhyme as well, but unfortunatelly I did not found the right rom for ICS and Sense 3.6. yet.
I need other lang than english.

Hello! Maybe you know this link with a rhyme rom + ics & sense 3.6.
With the free morelocal 2 app you can use it on other language as English. I'm using now it with Hungarian language.
I have one ROM for HTC Rhyme.

I have an HTC Rhyme from Verizon. I flashed it over to Pageplus. Its also rooted. I just used a htc one click root method to do it. Is it possible to put ICS on my phone? Im really new to all this so any help would be fabulous.
i have also rhyme, can i flash it with ics? the latest?

Can't be as good as reaper! I'm sure it could be easily themed to look like that as well.
I got HTC Desire and HTC Desire S.
HTC Desire running mildwild.
HTC Desire S running reaper.
And mildwild is way better.
it's smaller.
way more smooth.
not as many bugs.

Maybe you could ask the dev of your ROM to port it to desire s..

part of the reason i said it was because porting from desire isn't easy. There was a lot of problems when oxygen was ported which is why initially it was never released. If i'm correct, it wasn't until the devs at desire hd ported it that we finally got it. But good luck! the more ROMs the better.
Will the sensation xe will get the sense 4.0 version found on the htc one series?
If it won't come by an official update, there is/will be a custom rom with it?

HTC aren't releasing Sense 4 for the Sensation (at the moment at least)
There are currently 3 custom roms for the sensation which are based on the HTC One range, have a look the Development threads for Sense 4, all of these have basically the same problems, mainly that Bluetooth doesn't work.

I got official ics on my Sensation 4G yesterday, I like it but I hate HTC sense bcoz android UI 4.0 is much better than that. Can anyone tell me how can I delete Htc sense and install android UI.

Flash an AOSP Rom or Virtuous Inquisition. Or you can also give Sense 4.0 a try

I found this today,
It seems like chinese have made it again. I am not sure if this is s4 port to s3 or an official Ville C2 update, but it contains new sense and android 4.0.4, unlike latest currently available C2 rom which has older 4.0.3 (any sense 4 rom on sensation is based on it). this update has been a huge improvement on both One S and One X, and I am sure performance increase will translate to ports too.
please, have a look HERE, and anyone with knowledge is very welcome to port it to our beloved sensation :laugh:
P.S use translate because site is in chinese

One S does not have Sense 4.1. OP - that is an S4 ROM. Only the S4 had 4.0.4.

I think this version is for S4 only, not for S3.
Maybe we need to wait for a while till HTC release an offical update for S3 devices.

It is for the S3 but it isnt android 4.0.4 - the chinees just changed it in build.prop to trick people

Because HTC haven't released a JB ROM for Sensation and we have not been able to port any from other phones.
so the available roms from which device is extracted ??

I don't get what you are trying to say... There are no JellyBean ROM's with Sense for HTC Sensation or its XE and 4G variants.

some roms are sense based(ics roms)
and other roms are aosp/aokp(cm,jb roms)

If I guess correctly, the answer to your weirdly phrased question is the HTC One S. All the Sense 4 ROMs available now are ported from the HTC One S, since it is quite similar in terms of specs to our Sensation (HTC even used the same SoCs Snapdragon S3 for some One S devices due to shortage of the S4.
