[Q] Is Xoom same as Xyboard? choosing Xyboard 10.1 LTE vs Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE - Xoom Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello,
I'm in the market for a new tablet i can mount on my car dashboard.
it must have data connectivity and i'm with verizon...so it's between the Xyboard 10.1 LTE and Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE.
Is the Xyboard the same as the Xoom or Xoom2?
I can't find an XDA subgroup on the xyboard except this one.
I'm also a crackflasher and love trying new roms.
which tablet has more growth potential in the future?
i know you don't have a crystal ball.
Am i in the right group?
Which one to get...Xyboard 10 LTE or Galaxy 10 LTE?

[Q] difference between SCH-I800 and P1000

i was wondering what do SCH-I800 and P1000 difference is?
I was looking for an answer to this as well...
The GT-P1000 is the Euro (or global) GSM Galaxy Tab, while the SCH-I800 is the US Verizon and US Cellular Galaxy Tab. You can view the differences on Samsung's site if you compare the different Tabs.
Where do we find firmware for the SCH-I800? I am trying to get back to the stock VZW.

[Q] GT-P6200 vs GT-P7560

Hello all!
I've been getting no where with this by searching the web, and I'm not getting any help from the 3 Samsung numbers that I've called.
So, I'm a T-mobile USA customer who owns a Samsung Vibrant, and the original Galaxy Tab 7. Once I saw the Tab 7.0 Plus and the Voice Call support I knew that I had to have it. I put off getting one because I heard that T-Mo was going to carry it, only to find out the T-Mo version doesn't have the voice calling.
So I've been doing research on the web and I have found the Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus with the 2 product numbers, P6200 and P7560, but I can't figure out what the differences are. I can't find them on the same site to get a full side by side comparison.
Can anyone shed any light on this?
Thanks!
Reggie.
PS: Sorry if this is a noob question.
I have never seen the 7560 model number before, but that would be more consistent with a Galaxy Tab 10.1 variant.
GT-P6200 - International 3G
GT-P6210 - International wifi
??? (Something along the lines of SGH-Txxx) for T-Mobile
For the 10.1
GT-P7500 - International 3G
GT-P7510 - International wifi

What - no phone model!?

Is it true that there isnt a phone model of Notepro 12.2 - only wifi-only and 4G/lte but no a model that is capable to GSM calls too?
Sent from my Galaxy Note 10.1 (N8000).
There is a phone call feature in both 3g SM-901 and in the 4G LTE SM-905 and simply if you wouldn't be able to make GSM calls then why would they include phone dialer

That is good news! I asked about this from a retailer and they said that 4G is only a tablet. Im considering to upgrade my N8000 and the GSM phone calls is a must have feature.
Sent from my Galaxy Note 10.1 (N8000).
I wish I waited for a LTE Model but I do like my Wifi Note

It was a main reason for me to buy N8000 at the first place (tablet, phone, pen). I didnt like the idea carrying a tablet and the phone with me, so N8000 was the answer. And now when I have also Sony Smartwatch 2, I live in a heaven =) I cant go back in time and have a phone and a separate tablet. No way! So I was abit disappointed when I didnt see specs about GSM network and the retailer said that NotePro (both wifi and 4G) is only a tablet, not a phone like my N8000. So probably they dont know real specs or they just have two models without a GSM networking ability.
Those models are:
Wifi+4G: SM-P9050ZWANEE
Wifi only: SM-P9000ZWANEE

I definitely know what you mean and I also think the same as I want my tablet to include a dialer etc . you even could notice the dialer on the tablet package itself on both 3G and 4G LTE models. I will try to give you a link to YouTube video while the guy tried the dialer on the 3G model .

I spent most of last year using an imported Galaxy tab 7.7 with 3G and could make calls that thing was great. I am sorry I sold it.

Cost 780$ us
From my friend
Comes with nothing
gust charger and white box
Quite cheap. Wifi only costs 950 euros here (1300 us dollars), 4G is more. I havent found (yet) 3G model here... I wonder why those are always so expensive here and usually are also with lowest memory available. Like my N8000, it was sold only as a 16gb mem.

New Galaxy Tab E 8.0 tablets...

So Samsung has recently rolled out a few new 4g lte tabs these past months (usa Tab E and Tab A) before Christmas. I personally picked up the Sprint 4g 8" variant SM-T377P and am happy with it. I know there is not much support for these new models yet and want to hear from you guys who may have picked one up. Verizon and T-mobile have theirs as well. I belive Verizon went with the Tab A 4g version that is 9.6. Any news on rooting the SM-t377 devices? Im sure a butt load of people will be getting these by the end of the year. By the way i am happy with mine, 1260x800 8" 16gb 1.5g ram isnt bad for a lte tab less than 300usd.
Not a single person has any help with these new lte 4g samsung tabs that just came out through sprint, t mobile, and verizon.

CM for Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 T715N

Hi there.
I'm very glad that the developement of a CM port for the Galaxy Tab S2 T710 (WiFi) started. And the developer mentioned that it will be unlikely to have a CM port for the T715 (LTE) in the future.
But I'm wondering if I will be possible to use the T710 ROM for the T715 version (and than only lose the LTE capability)?
I ask because for some reasons they dont sell the T710 WiFi version in Germany. So I could either buy the LTE version and hope it will work with CM or I could import a WiFi version which would be a bit more complicated.
