Here's xbsall's dev-host link right to his rom. You need to follow his guide and such on how to get onto ICS first.

Dont flash this directly from gingerbread.
You need to flash first the ported ICS rom otherwise you will join the halfbricked party.
half bricked after party at my place xD... anyway u should add the 4.2 keyboard to your ROM its working like a charm on my P925

[Q] how to create a custom rom

can sombody tell me .......
how can i create my own custom rom.....
like...(jelly bean, ics.....or ios )......?
Hey, first I recommend you to download the original stock rom of the device you want to the develop for, in xda there are many tools that will help you, but that's for advanced users. But it easier to modify some things in a preexisting rom. Search the forum, and good luck!

:good:....thanks...
Start off small. First modding stock roms and then move onto building roms from source.

The most likely reason the ROM fails to install is the ROM in the thread you linked to is meant to be flashed on a Xperia X10 Mini Pro not your LG Optimus Hub E510. The updater-script in the ROM's zip file you where trying to flash recognized you where flashing the ROM to the wrong device and aborted the installation as you mentioned to avoid bricking your device. Remember never flash a ROM that isn't meant for your device.
