I997UCKK1

Because I can't post in the dev forum, I post here and hope not to offend anyone.
I have flashed the I997UCKK1 rom and used DooMLoRD_v1_ROOT-zergRush-busybox-su to get root.
Seems to work well at the moment.

Can anyone please extract the modem I997UCKK1 from the file in the aforementioned post? I don't want the whole collection.

Unfortunately, I don't have the required 10 post to be able to post in the dev forum.

I am actually having some wifi speed issues I beleive with this rom

This new modem is awesome on the Rogers network, I reached 8Mps down and a crappy 1Mps up. This is the highest I ever reached!

Looks pretty good thanks! I reinstalled the ROM and it is a little better, but I think more sensitive to positioning than other modem/roms. May just be me.

Apparently G2x's version of ICS's development has ceased due to a lack of drivers for sound and camera. Development may (hopefully) resume if drivers are released by LG. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

I don't think that guy is from the CM team, I think he was one of the devs in the team who put out the ICS alpha up recently.
I may be wrong, but yeah.

CM_Arcee has stated that the only thing broken is camera. So drivers and proper source would make that a quicky but no such thing yet...

were are not with the cm9 team, also the cm9 team rom has sound working, were just watting for them to share the code.(if that ever happens)

What is it? Gingerbread, ICS, Froyo? Is it CM7/CM9, AOSP, AOKP? I'm not trying to be a ****, but I would like some details as to what it is that you have built for this phone...

I guess that it would be a stock themed ICS ROM. I think I saw the screenshot of his ROM last night when he reported about several random reboots.

Its stock rooted themed. there is issues with random reboots. It is very hard to dev for a phone you dont have. I am not giving up and will be bringing you guys some new toys hopefully soon. As far as testers, I have my guy's already and like I said we are working on something for you guys.

I was busy last night experimenting with a possible new look for TigerBlood. This one looks promising but I am somewhat worried that it will stray pretty far from the Bi-Winning Redux look. What do you guys think? Do you want a makeover?​

I say make this into a theme for either KJ2 or KG2 and then take it from there(meaning, release as stock themed and/or make it its own ROM). That's just my opinion, though.

There's already too many ROMs based on KG2/KJ2 with just different skins/apps/themes etc - basicly they are all the same, so are we really need another one? That's only my opinion, of course. I'm waiting for Bhundven's release.

Yeah, skip it. I'll make it into a theme. I did make a discovery just now.
I took the firmware from the Epic 4G CM 6.2 rom and I'm currently using it on my Epic SK4G rom.
Just thought you all should know that it's working flawlessly.
EDIT: I wonder if I can use the entire rom with the Bali kernel? Hmmm.
