Where do I put photos I want to use for the lock screen? My phone is rooted and the only options are "wallpaper" (can find this on either card) and "gallery" can't find that one either. Thanks!

Hi all,
Froyo 2.1.1 update as a setting called lock screen wallpaper, where you can (in the gallery), choose an image and save it as the lock screen wallpaper.
My question is:
After I did that how the hell can I revert back? I want NO lock screen wallpaper! I want the normal lock screen with the home screen wallpaper in the background.
Can someone help me with this issue?
Thanks,

After searching since yesterday finally find how to do it.
To anyone that want to change back the lock screen wallpaper to the default stock version here it is:
Settings/display/wallpapers/lock screen wallpaper and then just choose none.
Cheers,

Transparent lock screen on top of home screen after fixing permissions in ROM manager...how to fix this?
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I727 using Tapatalk
While I cannot tell you how to permanently fix this, I can tell you it happens to me as well. I guess for now we must go re-choose the lockscreen wallpaper whenever we fix permissions.
Adb pull framework-res and change the default lock wallpaper and the keyguard wallpaper to ones of your choosing. They are in res/hdpi.
How to fix lock screen glitch?
Hey guys.
Quick question. Hope this is a good forum for this question. Hopefully someone has the answer that I have overlooked.
Lockmenu is a very cool lock screen app(to me, anyway. I'm a noob so...). Gives very quick access from the lock screen to whatever apps you wish. Sort of like Shortcuts, but directly from a lock screen.
My problem is when I unlock from the main Unlock Slider on the bottom left, it takes me to the default lock screen on my Skyrocket.
How do I disable the default system lock screen?
There is no option in the settings to disable the default lock screen for those of you who might think its that simple.
Anyone else having this problem?
I have tried the Nolock app first to disable the default system lock screen, but...
So in other words I go through two lock screens most of the time. Once in awhile it will unlock to the home screen from the Lockmenu Unlock Slider as it is supposed to.
I'm running ICS rooted on Galaxy Skyrocket.
Any help is much appreciated.

I've been looking and looking and .... Guess I looked right past that option. I can be such an idiot sometmes.
Hello, is there a way to change the wallpaper for the screen where they asks you to enter your password pattern (the screen where you can also use the Emergency call). Since I can not change it even that my lockscreen and my homescreen have a custom wallpaper. Thanks.
I believe it's under: settings, display, wallpaper, lock screen
Hey all. Gosh I feel like an idiot for posting but cant for the life of me figure this super basic thing out.
Im on a S7 Edge, using Nova Launcher, and the Goodluck UI. Wanted to mention all that as I think that is why Im having so much trouble. No matter what app, or setting on the phone, it makes the wallpaper the same for both the lock scree and desktop. Can someone tell me what steps work with the configuration I have
Thanks!
Usually you would use the wallpaper setting in Android itself and tell it to set the Homescreen/Lock screen separately using the dropdown at the top of the wallpaper choice screen, but iirc, Good lock has its own wallpaper setting, I don't use it so not sure where it is, but I'd have a look in Good lock settings to start
You can set the home screen however you want, but the lock screen has to be done a specific way. Go into the stock Gallery app, find the pic you want to use then hit "More" in the upper right corner. Then "Set as wallpaper" and choose which you want to set it for, home screen, lock screen, or both.
It's annoying to have to use the Gallery app as it has no way to filter out unwanted folders like all my music folders with album art, but it is the only way I've found so far to set different lock screen and home screen wallpapers.
Sorry if its been asked before but I accidentally changed my lockscreen on my honor 8. I can't go back to using magazine unlock for some reason. I've tried changing the themes and display setting but no luck. Somehow I've even accidentally got rid of my magazine unlock pictures in the gallery.
Tl;dr I have two questions
1. How do i re-enable magazine unlock on EMUI 4.1?
2. Can someone check where the photos for magazine unlock in the gallery are located so I can figure out how to get it back? (Press the i icon on the top right when viewing in gallery.)
My problem is the opposite of this. I want to get rid of this
In settings>Lockscreens I cannot untick the checkbox next to magazine. I have already unsubscribed from services and deleted all the pics.
I still have a screen to unlock before I unlock the phone with a patter or password.
In order to remove the changing lockscreens, u just have to set another one out of for example the gallery app...
Or you can just pause at one Wallpaper, by swiping up in the lockscreen and press the pause button.
To get rid of the magazine unlock, you have to go with the Designs App.
There you can edit the current theme.
The Magazine Wallpapers are located in /sdcard/MagazineUnlock
