Why have you posted it here then when its a device specific problem? Go and post in the Sensation Q&A forum.
Also even if you didnt know about the sensation forum then why on earth did you post this here when 1 subforum above this one is Android Q&A (here)
You're asking a question, you want an answer so logically you should have posted in the Q&A forum

There are several different models of the HTC One.
Which one do you have? (M7, M8, S, X XL, ...)
Here are some unbrick threads for HTC One variants:
Unbrick HTC One M7 (M7wls)
[UNBRICK][BETA] HTC Unbricking Project
[HOW-TO] Unbrick Your Android Phone (HTC ONE S)
If you got the exact model name of your device, search it on xda (just type it into the "Type to find device..." field at the top of xda web-site), then look for the Q&Q / Troubleshooting forum.
That would be the best place to ask this kind of question, as you will get quick and best help there.
Good luck !

Hi Angelo,
sounds like there is/was Team Win Recovery Project (TWRP), a custom recovery on the device.
Here is a thread about how to get official OTA updates working again: HTC One M7 AT&T Update Assistance.
Here are various tutorials for this device: [Tutorial] Root, Unlock, Recovery and flashing a Custom ROM.
And if you have any further question about it, please register on xda (it's free), and ask in the AT&T HTC One Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum.
There are many experienced users havint he same device who can help in nearly every situation.

[Completed] [Q] Unlocked HTC One m7 update

I recently bought an unlocked att htc one m7 and am currently using it on tmobile. After messing with the apn settings i got all the data and mms working, but i still cant figure out how to upgrade it. I downloaded the RUU from htc and tried running that but whenever it starts up the bootloader i will get an error and it will say usb malfunction and then nothing. I also tried to load the rom itself onto the phones root, but when i boot in recovery mode i will select to flash from internal and it will quickly load a few short lines of code that go too fast to read (i think it says failed) and then reboot instantly. Ive been at this for hours and cant find this particular problem anywhere. If anyone can help me, i just want the normal unmodded updates without unlocking my bootloader or turning s-off. Im running android 4.1.2 currently

[Completed] [Q] my htc m7 phone is not working due to wrong installation

I bought "htc m7" 1 week ago on an online website and it is imported. I updated 4.3 developer OS in it. I followed the wrong procedure. Since then my phone stopped working. I didn't enable the OTG and also my phone is in s-off position. It says that no OS is installed. ADB is also not connected to the phone. How to install OS in my phone? How to get back my phone to normal position?
Please help me out as quickly as possible!
