In zip you can find them in : /flex/media/bootanimation.zip
On your system the destination dir is : /flexroom/media/

I just clicked on the site and tried to click on the stock Iconia animation. It's working man.
There might be something funky with your internet connection. Or better yet, try accessing the link via a PC.

No problems with gmail, maps, market for me. Just a slightly better wifi signal so far....
of course,i am base a custom rom for myself to flash

Alex, if you want to download it reload the page and then click on the link in the 4th of the 5 boxes underneath the SHA1 checksum.

Wow, now we jump from the latest 2.14 to 2.26. That's quite a huge jump. I'm wondering what is really new, and how much problems were in between that let HTC make such a huge step before releasing another version. Also why does it follow so closely to 2.10...2.14 (which seem to be more or less all the same, localized versions).
I'd not touch this now, it's like you install an early release of Windows . Or this may already be SP1 for the 2.10 series hehehe
