on my samsung galaxy sl running on CM10when I turn on wifi,it shows temporary avoiding poor connection.when i connect with my other device,the wifi is connected.please help

I have a sim card I used with the original galaxy tab 7.0 and internet worked fine but now that I have the galaxy plus I get the message "To connect to the Internet with the device you are using, you'll need a webConnect data plan." Is there a way around this? It has to be something software related that is detecting this since with Gingerbread or Froyo on original galaxy tab did not have this issue. Maybe an app from T-Mobile that is blocking this? For ex. on the SGSII phone, just had to freeze the "wifi tether manager" to get free tethering again. Any help would be appreciated guys and gals

It showed wife scanning even though i stayed next to my router, It only can be solved by restart my phone. What should i do?

So today I installed CyanogenMod to my Samsung Galaxy S3 with the cmInstaller for windows... It works perfect except one thing: the phone is not connecting to any cellular networks...
