I have Skinomi skins on my Xoom, my E4GT phone and my Passport HDD. They are good quality and fit well.
What is the feel of the skin if you dont mind me asking? Does it give you good grip?

I just received one and did not apply it yet though but most of the reviews on amazon and other sites say that it is easy to install and of great quality!

The skins I have don't add any texture...they're basically vinyl, so not necessarily adding grippiness, but don't easily slip out of my hand, either.
I've got the dark carbon skin on both my pad and dock. the installation wasn't as easy as i thought, and the fit wasn't that great..
The quality is great, though. It's sticking pretty well.

I have carbon fiber too. I like the texture, but like the previous post, the fit wasn't great. Also, I used the clear screen protector but ended up having undesirable effects. This included: poor fit for docking (its pretty tight), docking would leave a bubble line across the bottom, when closed for awhile on the dock I got dings it the protector that created a streaking effect.
I just took it off.

anyone have a screen protector from skinomi? what do you think of it? if not what do you reccomend?
I have one, and have since 2 phones ago, I think that they are GREAT! they stay "Cloudy" for a few days after install, but they clear up!
cool! just a few questions do you think it might be a bit thick? and how does it do with it comes to fingerprints?
hardly any fingerprints, and thick, yeah, but it doesn't effect the screen at all.
Haha okay cool thanks for replying

It may take a few days, if not, I took a hair dryer to the last one, and it cleared up quicker
I actually like the thickness of the protector. It makes me feel like it, in a sense, protects it from the more severe damage that any regular screen protector wouldnt.

zagg v skinomi?
Has anyone done a side-by-side comparison b/w zagg and skinomi? any preference based on experience?
I read a number of reviewers that preferred the zagg.
others:
phantom skinz
clarivue
bodyguardz
stealth shieldz
ghost armor
imho skinomi is better than zagg. ghost armour is good, but they didnt have one for the g2x.
skinomi is a good fit for the screen, the body isn't too good
@mikew29
I found a ghost armor LG G2X protector on their website for $15. Am I missing something?
well i just got mine in the mail and applied it about an hour ago.. even tho i epicaly failed at putting it on cuz theres like one of those fibres in it and a few nicks. the corners dont seem to stick very well, but imma hav another look after about a week. will report back in a week with results
Anyone using the zagg invisible shield for tf201 on tf700? was thinking of getting this, just not sure if it fits well.. Thanks...
I have the full body Zagg on my tf700. Works fine. A little snug on the dock.

but can u still place the tablet on the dock well? does it have no problems in terms of performance when putting it in the dock? thanks
I used to use Zagg on everything but I got tired of the orange peel look on all my devices.
I was wondering the exact same, I've got Zagg Shields on all my devices and it works great.
Does anyone actually has a TF201 full body protection on their TF700 and does it still fit well in the dock?
Or does anybody know of a good alternative full body protection for the TF700 like: Skinomi TF700?
Dont go with Zagg, its a decent product for protecting the device but theres enough other "military grade" protectors out there you can find something that works JUST as well with not as soft material, thinner material, and smoother material, for the same or less cost.
If you find your dock snug you can always peel off the felt pads from inside the dock, i even used a file to sand em down a ltitle so its completely flat. works awesome!

Just thought I'd throw this out there so we can generate some interest and have a pattern made for some clear protective skins from BestSkinsEver
I've been using these guys for years for protecting all of my electronics / GPS screens, and have thus far found them to be the best in terms of quality / customer service and price. I can say for a fact that the material they use is identical to the material used by InvisibleShield and most of the other 'clear skin protector' companies out there. With this said, though, aside from IS, BSE has never let me down in terms of the quality of their templates, whereas with other brands I have had issues with coverage of speaker holes / screw holes/ etc.
I e-mailed the company asking if they had any plans for a TF700 body skin, and they responded with:
We have not yet received enough demand for the Asus TF700, therefore, we do not currently have plans to produce a Skin for it. We have added your name to the list to be notified if this status changes.
We have confirmed that the screen Skin for the ASUS Transformer Prime TF201 is compatible and the body Skin is not.
If you are using the dock, it looks like the TF201 dock compatible screen and dock only body Skins should work on your TF700. If you would like to try either of them and they do not fit, we will be happy to honor our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

I am mainly interested in having a skin on the back of the Infinity to avoid any scratches / scuffs that are inevitable, even with silicone / folio type cases, since dirt or grit can get stuck between the tablet and case surfaces.
If you guys are interested, shoot them an e-mail at [email protected]. I am in no way affiliated with the company, and I apologize if this breaks any forum rules, but I am just looking to see if there's anyone else looking in a non-case solution for protecting their Infinity.

What i dont like about this brand is that you use liquid soap to apply them wth, you put liquid soap on your device´s screen? that can´t be right
Do they ship to europe?
Yeah I never understood the soap thing.I still have the spray from my zagg so I'm just gonna use that
Sent from my SGH-T999 using xda app-developers app
You don't actually put soap on your phone, its in the water then rinsed out.
Even though you can't see the soup once rinsed out,
It makes the water have a slight oily substance which helps to cure the skin and helps to apply it.
Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk 2
Ima order one. Never used this brand but it will have to do .
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
Do these skins cover it all? With the glass I need it on both glass surfaces at minimum. I would also like the sides covered as well. Does this company or any other cover that? Soft touch is great but I baby my devices. Having that extra bit of protection and cushion could mean the difference between getting a crack or not in a small fall.

Fit is nice. But After a while the screen starts the crater and look crappy.

Can you elaborate more? , I don't fully understand
, what do you mean you rinse the water, I know what rinse is but rinsing the water makes no sense to me, sorry English is not my main language
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
What he means is that soap is not directly applied to the phone. It is diluted in water then the solution is sprayed to the skin. The amount of soap needed is very small. It is just enough to make the solution slippery so that when the skin is applied, you can slide it over the device for adjustment.

BSE is good quality, but it has orange peel effects like Zagg and others. I'd suggest something like XO Skins or Skinomi for the screen, as they don't have that problem.
Just ordered one. I use BSE on my HOX and it's fantastic, minimal orange peel effect and feels smooth to the touch. Much better than Zagg or Skinomi imo, I've not tried XO.
Xo is a good company... fast shipping etc but their skins are very rubbery. I'd rather have a little orange peel than have my finger stick. I had that on my nexus 7 and even after a couple months it didn't go away.
I ordered from bse but have never used them before. They claim to have changed their film for 2012 to make it feel better, apply easier, etc. How is their fit?

Just ordered the full package. Hope the phone doesnt get all scratched up before this gets here :/ Reviews are saying the back scratches like a b*tch.
Think I'll get the skins, first reading the title I laughed out loud 'four skins' faux pas or just my British sense of humour
Hey guys, been looking through the forum but can't seem to find a good case that just clearly shows the back of the Nexus 4.
Some TPU cases have partial clear backs but usually with an ugly S or X shape and frosting on the other parts. Also people say the clear TPU part looks bad, like its stuck to the back glass and shows random bubbles depending on pressure.
Does anyone know of a good case with a clear back?
Would tempered glass front and back plus a bumper give good protection and still show the back?
A lot of us are waiting for this one.

We won't know for sure until we get it in our hands. What kind of SP are you planning on getting? If it's a wet applicator type, make sure you get the case fit kind.

those are cool and cheap... but still has that frosted backside AND it looks rather thick/bulky (look at the thickness of the opening of the camera/lens part)... I was going to get it, but I think I'll wait for the Ringke and see what they are going to charge. If it's in the $20 range, then yes.... but if it's in the $30... then no or at least reconsider

The Ultra Fit is a very slim hard shell case manufactured by SPIGEN for the Galaxy S4. This case definitely falls into the light-duty category. Although it will easily protect your new device from scratches and bumps, I don’t recommend it for those who drop their phone on a regular basis. For $9.99 on Amazon, this well made case is an excellent deal.
Stay tuned, we're giving it away this week!

I got mine today, it's a bit of a fingerprint magnet, although advised as 'matte' - it is, but fingerprints are clearly visible (which isn't a dealbreaker for me since it's no way as if it was glossy). The case itself is fine and for this kind of case kinda sturdy (I've owned the original mesh case and a Cygnett for my SII which were both easier to crack, in my opinion.
