need help with this app please

i installed this app. however it does not start with the usual Create a Number option but asks for an email and password. when i do log in (i have an free account with them), the app says " This Device not registered on this email"
after having gone like this for a few phones, i am guessing that this app somehow locks on the IMEI number of the phone... or something like that - and accepts only one log in ID.
i need some guru to advise me how to get the log in page ready to take some other log in ID also.... that is, remove whatever connection the app makes with the mobile phone
thanks in advance

Both show no money nor gold...nor the stages that I unlocked.

have i got a virus??

Hi, im new to the htc one s crowd as i got one at the weekend
im now getting games and apps appearing i never installed, bejeweled 2 being one, i have had 4 different games show up so far
when i open the games i get a message saying "This phone needs to make a connection to check your licence. This is always FREE in the UK. Please ensure you are using your 3 mobile connection and not wifi" i uninstalled them and they all show 0.00kb in size and 4.00kb in size if i have opened them.
this is annoying me as i have had various android phones and this is the first time i have had a problem (dont worry im not blaming the htc i know its just bad timing)
cheers in advance
Have you tried to install an anti-virus app like avast or avg?
If I helped in any way please hit thanks
i have 4 different antivirus/malware, avg, avast, norton and some security one i cant remember the name of, all scans come back as OK
avast was the second thing i installed on my phone and it has been running since
I recommend you to install DR.WEB or avast anti virus
In play store find bejeweled 2 and see if it says "installed" or not... See if the new apps are real or not but id guess not.
Also you should change your Google account password from a known safe computer, someone could have installed stuff via play store website. Good stuff here: http://arstechnica.com/security/201...-smartphone-against-stalkers-android-edition/
Delete the apps from your phone system I use system tuner to do it. That's if it isn't on your sd card

Do you have the google backup service enabled? Sounds like its trying to restore games you might have previously had, perhaps on another phone.
It could also be depending on where he bought it if they didn't factory reset then it could transfer or so I'm told so I'd factory reset and see

Nexus S 4g Device ID Change

I have a Nexus S4g that I bought on ebay and it works great. I also like to use MagicJack app on my phones and this phone appears to have been used with Magicjack in the past. Magicjack tells me the deviceID is on another account and wont let me add it to my account. I have had this issue with another phone I used to have running 2.3.4 Android OS and I was able to change the Device ID and it worked. This phone is running 4.2.2 Cyanogenmod. I have tried the same app I used to change the device ID on the other phone and it tells me it is changed but the magicjack app still isnt letting me use it saying the device is not on my account. Is there anything else I can do to change the device ID on this so that MagicJack will see it as a different deviceID and let me use it? Thank you in advance.
Only way is to mail the guy who sold it to you and ask him to remove it from his list. Device IDs are burnt into the phone chipset.

MagicJack doesnt let you remove a device. as dumb as it sounds. That is why I changed my deviceID on my Droid2G. It worked when I did it on my Droid2G. I tried using Android ID Changer and Change Android Id ★ Root (that one worked on my droid2G) and these would not work on this phone. It shows the new DeviceID when I reboot but MagicJack still says the same thing "Your Device is not on this account"
MagicJack is being unreasonable not letting a person remove devices from an account for a person to put it on another account. And the support is the worst. iPhone users are using an app that lets them spoof different IDs for the app to think it is a different phone as well.
**EDIT** Here is a link of a discussion of others having this issue.

[Q] Can't install Apps from Play website

I can't install apps using the website for Play Store. It lists two devices for my phone, one with an unknown last used date and the other from months ago. I know I have multiple listings due to ROMs, had cleaned a lot out.
Google Services seems to be fine, the 'locate device' and ring works.
SCH-i535
LiquidSmooth v2.7
Any ideas on how to fix, or how to reset the relationship between the store and device?
Is the app compatible with the device?
Is the device connected to your Google account?
Sorry for the dumb questions

Yes, and occurs for any app.
I don't get an error or any sign that there is something wrong other than I don't get the status bar icon show up and start downloading.
Yes. However there is a relationship issue. Bringing up "my apps" on the website gives a much different listing (old apps that were uninstalled) that what is installed and what is listed through the play app.
Also rooted and boot unlocked if not obvious by the ROM.

My best suggestion is to clear data and cache for the play store app in settings
Sent from my SCH-1535 using Tapatalk 4
Got it working.
Clearing the cache and data didn't do it, and thankfully didn't seem to even affect it (accounts and settings were all the same when I opened it back up).
I went back into the website's devices section and to settings. For some reason the actual device wasn't checked to show in the app lists; what I thought was a current was from an old flash.
Checked it show be visible, and got rid of the others. All is fine now, and explains why device locate worked as well. Although I don't know why an old phone that does work does't show in the list for locate but does for apps; hasn't been on in just over a year so google might have a timeout for something like that.
marked your first post with a thanks for the promptness and trying.

Best App for Tracking Lost Phone

Hi all,
Can someone suggest the best app for locating a lost android phone?
After nearly loosing my S4 last night (running for a bus, fell out my pocket and ended up in a ditch...fortunately I bussed back as a last hope and found it!!!) I am searching for the beat app for this.
Thanks for any suggestions..

Almost all antivirus companies have device tracking enabled through web.if you configured and recalled the data.you can track the location of phone and can remote swipe/sms and many more.I have tested that using kaspersky and NOD32 and webroot.this is the only chance to track else after stolen people throw away SIM,format the phone or change the IMEI so impossible to track back.
I'm using avast! (Free) It has quite an extensive lost/stolen system built into it aswell as all the antivirus stuff. One thing I like about avast! (Not sure who else has this) it has a setting called 'Geo fencing'. Once set, if your phone leaves a, user set, distance from your current point, it automatically locks your phone and triggers any other protection activities, and sends a SMS to a pre-set cell number. Good for night clubs or busy shopping malls incase you get pick pocketed.

Avast! is pretty good when it comes to tracking.
Thanks for suggestions. Don't necessarily wanna install an anti virus on the phone.. Find they slow it down ( I know some people may disagree, but that's not the topic)

Android now has a built in phone locator which can be activated in Settings > Security > Device administrators. Check Android Device Manager.
Uses Google's push service so it doesnt poll battery.
Link to web interface: https://www.google.com/android/devicemanager
In addition, I use AndroidLost from Play Store. Runs through Google servers so no background usage. Has an advanced plethora of controls on the web interface. Check it out.
Google Device Manager
I have enjoyed using Google Device Manager. It has the ability to ring my phone for 5 mintues so I can find it easier. As well as the ability to locate it. Although like everything else depends on data connection. So if I lost in a park with a dead battery... NO DICE.

AndroidLost supports SMS controls. You could send an SMS message to activate GPS and auto reply the location, or you could send a message to enable WiFi/data and track that way.

Try Google Device Manager if you don't want to deal with a whole antivirus

agreed, i use android device manager. used to use the samsung version, but now that google offers it then i'll use that one.
I used to use Avast, but now I can just use Google's Device Manager or even CyanogenMod's which is crude for now.
Device manager seems to work well. It allows you to locate the device from another browser using Google maps, allows yo to ring the phone even if it's on vibrate or silent and once set up allows you too lock/erase all data from it.

cerberus is the best option for little money ( 3 € ) can have about 5 devices, and allows for many things, what I'm wearing and not disappointed.
Check out "Wheres my droid" from the play store. It is full of great features. Can set up triggers from text or phone numbers to make it ring. You can get is location from sending a specific text to your phone. You can lock it down, take a pic and even wipe it clean. Great app

Actually, this is a really important point. Which of these apps are still able to perform their advertized functions after it is being lost? Supposedly, whoever is in possession of the phone will through out SIM card and do a factory reset so all apps that use google services will not work anymore as they are Signed out... Are apps from antivirus suites immune to this?

When you lost you phone , how to find it back even you do not install Find My Phone ?

When you lost a phone , how to find it back even you do not install Find My Phone ?
When you lost a phone , If you have installed Find My Phone application and activate it, it will be OK to locate, lock or even wipe your phone.
Actually you can still install Find My Phone even your phone is lost or stollen, and you do not need to setup anything.
Here is 2 steps -
1) Go to Play Store Website and Install Find My Phone —
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.phonefindandlock
2) Text message where is my phone to your phone from your friend's or family member's phone, and your phone will alarm and return the location when it receives the message.
Note:
1) Text the message after installation. The installation will take around 30-60 seconds.
2) Try to do these as soon as possible when you can not find your phone.
3) Good luck
Didn't Google implement a device search and remote wipe option a while ago?

How To Track Your Lost Android Phone Without Installed Tracking App, this is the most simple steps to do it.
Thanks for this usefull app.i will share it with my friends, workmate & family members.
contact with police
the best way is contact with the police and provide your imei number

This app will make ppl feel very secure about their phones It is a must have app for everyone
Is it stealth?
OK, so I got four phones stolen from our store and, although I have the Life360 app, there's a huge radius of the location.
So I've been looking for ways to get into the phones and see if the person has taken pictures so I can identify who stolen the phones to the police.
Two questions: if I install this remotely, will it show on the phone or can it be installed without notifications? And once it is installed, can I remotely retrieve files from the phone?
ThankS!
