My Xperia NEO's is not responsive while charging after i flashed ICS when i turn on the fone LED blinks red three times and off PLZ help

Hi, I rooted and installed the MiniCM6 ROM on my Sony Ericsson X10 Mini Pro.
It worked great for a while, until suddenly the phone just blacked out and went dead. I can no longer turn it on, and even charging the battery is impossible. (blinking red indicator light, but never turning to the shining green) I tried "Home+Power On" and "Back+USB Cable In" but to no avail.
Please help me?
I have a Xperia Tipo Dual (st21a2) two months ago unlock bootlader, you change kernel and everything worked well, last night was on and playing music is downloaded completely and this morning when connected to the charger would not light the led, not vibrates and does nothing . when connected to the pc is recognized as device (Zeus flash device) but the LED does not light, not vibrate.
Can someone help me how to fix or what happened to my phone? thank you!

I recently bought damaged Xperia J, becouse according to description it looked like broken battery. Well, it wasn't, battery is full. When I try to turn phone on it only vibrates and blinks two times with green led. I tried to repair this with PC Companion. Whole process went ok, but after that it still does the same. How can I repair it?

Is your phone still having that issue?
It seems like your battery is too low to power on. Try charging your phone via USB connected to your PC/Laptop. Let it charge for 30mins to 1 hour. Once your phone has enough charge you can plug it to charge to your normal charger.
Yes the problem is stii there. I have tried changing it for 24 hrs still same issue. I have changed battery with the new one still no results. I really want this phone because I used it almost for two years...not a single scratch on it.. :crying:
I think almost all sony smartphones that had this issue is probably a dead motherboard
Hi guys im a newbie on the hardware scene and hoping to find a way to fix my xperia z battery n charging problem been tryna charge it but everytime i plug it just shows the sony logo switches off then on gain with the red led on and off in sequence with screen i dont know if its my charging port or bttery terminals please help
