This is a froyo with sense ROM based on the official HTC 2.2 release!
I added my framework and included a lot of modifications you will find on XDA dev.
All optimized to improve the performance of your Desire!

same goes to me..been very happy with pays 2.1 and thats the only rom last more than 1 month on my desire
been flashing very frequent in the past 1 week..and i hope this 2.2 + sense will be as stable as the 2.1 rom...

over on MoDaCo i heard alot of people with issues with r5.

Once again pays, fantastic job! 1330 on quadrant I am very impressed with the speed. Restored the usual apps (so about 40-50) and it still moves quicker than I do

Awesome stuff Pays i will flash it tomorrow. You are definitely the best cook for the Desire. So would you say it contains the same apps etc. as your 2.1 ROMs? and it is basically BraveSoul with 2.2?

If i use a2sd+ with an ext3-partition, will it be possible to install some chosen apps on the phone?
I think some apps won't work if the sd is mounted than hdd on pc, like widgets for example...
Is that right?

Just a suggestion. In the next release make it as much unique as it can be so that we can flaunt it even more. Have suggested many people and they are now loyal fans of the Pays rom, currently 2.1 bravesoul, but soon to this one too

My download failed at 29MB (used Chrome) so I switched to IE8 and it downloaded OK.
Thanks Pays. Its looks good so far. Just tried Friendstream and it seems ok. About to use Titanium backup to restore my apps...

Download ROM from the link below, and save it to your sd-card ie: /downloads/
Go to your recovery and FIRST make a nandroid backup in case something gets messed up..
First Time Flashing? Make a -> FULL userdata/factory reset.
Wipe Wipe & Wipe -> cache, dalvik-cache
Browse and Flash the downloaded ROM file in this case in sd-card/downloads/

» FAQ
Q: Why aren't new apps being moved to SDCARD?
A: Make sure you have your SDCARD partitioned, also upgrade your SDCARD extension to ext3 or ext4.
Q: Why is my camera not working as it's supposed to?
A: You have probably flashed another Kernel other than the Stock, make sure the Kernel is fully compatible with this OTA version..
Q: My Battery is draining like crazy, why?
A: There could be many reasons, but make sure you calibrate you battery after installing the ROM, Battery Calibration app is a good way to go. Also disable Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth when not in use. Learn more here.
Q: I have made a request and did not see the it done, what happened?
A: Unfortunately I only have my free time to develop the ROM, please be patient and you will see it eventually.

Messaging speed has more to do with your carrier and how many bars you have. The ROM does it job to "ping" your carrier to get the message.
Edit: Nitrous ROM handles pretty good when it comes to rendering text and images.

I actually tried ICS but it's just not very stable for evo yet. So I'll stick with sense with 2.3.5.

How to flash this:
1. Wipe everything except your SDcard 3x
2. Partition your SD card to 1024, 0 swap
3. Upgrade ext2 to ext3
4. Upgrade ext3 to ext4
5. Flash the ROM
6. Wipe cache and dalvik-cache
7. Reboot
8. Dont touch your phone for at least 15 minutes
Please know when you partition your SD card, you will lose EVERYTHING!! So back up your content on your PC/Mac/whatever you use!!

in settings/eragon updater you will receive OTA updates.
after download it is in your sdcard/download folder and ready to flash via recovery

How to Install the Rom
Make sure your device is unlocked or have s-off
Download ROM and put it on internal sdcard
Put device in bootloader mode (Power + Volume Down)
Enter Recovery and perform a fullwipe first
Find in Recovery "Choose zip from sdcard" choose appropriate zip file
Proceed steps that Aroma installer gives
Reboot device after finishing installation.

Quick Settings Background
if you want to change the semi transparent qs background
you can do it very easy.
1. open the rom.zip - or use a flashable zip
2. browse to system/priv-app/Systemui/systemui.apk
3.open the apk in the zip
4.browse to res/xxhdpi and pull out the eraqs.png
5.you can edit that png like you want with gimp or photoshop (add a picture in it or change the color etc..)
(but dont change the scale of it)
6.drag and drop the edited eraqs.png into the xxhdpi folder again
7. flash it

once more

All installed fine but got personalize fc when press the + icon in fonts

Would be nice to see a couple of screenshots how it looks changed before i download and install.

yep. normal because there is no sense launcher .. thats why i added over 600 font in there.. .. choose one if you want.
or download one from playstore...will try to fix it.
