I hate to ask the stooopid questions... but which one?

Hello all,
I am currently running the Phoenix on my Tilt. It is stable but am thinking about running other ROMs just to try them out, and this got me thinking.
What ROM are you running?
I would like a fast, stable, and non bloOOOted ROM.
What do you recommend?

I would recommend that you flash flash and flash untill you find the ROM you want as everyone will have different ideas on to which is really a question that reads "Best ROM?" to which is against forum rules, you can see what people use from sigs and in the end the ROM you will stick to will be personal choice...........

Cooking a ROM for Galaxy 3?

Hi all!
I want to cook a ROM for Galaxy 3, but I don´t know how to edit the files, for example, in a JPA ROM: "boot.bin", "cache.rfs"...
How I can do it?

i don't get it... there are a lot of advanced users in this forum but why won't they share some information with the others? we just want to build ourselves a version of firmware that satisfies our needs. maybe upload to the forum and try to make the firmware better but we are stuck because of lack of information.

Just browse around here and choose for yourself.

Because of the controversy and arguments they inevitably generate, "best ROM" threads are prohibited on XDA. Thread closed.

[Resolved] Custom rom based on ics

I want to flash a new rom to my xperia mini and i dont know which is the best to choose. Can someone suggest me one rom?

No. This thread will end up locked as discussion of "Which is best..." is frowned upon. Do lots of reading, then download a few ROMs and test them out.
And post your questions in the forum for your device, not in the general Q&A forum.

Si stick the question in the right forum then.

Only you can say what will be good on your device. This is a development forum not a make my phone cool forum. So try some out for yourself and learn something new

[Q] Best Rom

Heya guys.. I m new to xda but i m flashing rom since a year..
i wanted 2 know which s the best and smoothest rom for gaming with a good battery life..:laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh:

Read rules before posting you will see that "Best Rom" threads are not permissed anymore,try yourself all roms and decide wich is the best for you.

I m sorry sir i m new to xda and i saw prohibited thread but i still wanted 2 know the best rom performance and battery wise.. i have tried almost all roms but could not decide.. Thank you in advance

buddy don't take me wrong but here on xda you'll have to strictly follow all rules and you just said you tried almost all roms then u must know which one worked best for u
and the only way to select best rom is by trying different roms and decide by yourself
