Fast or not is all an opinions of the user.
Why not try both and determined for yourself?

Have you tried both? I'm on AR 3.0 right now. I'll probably try revolver in a couple of days. Just want personal opinions.
I prefer Revolver. Just because I'm lazy to use superwipe... flashed ASUS ICS CWM flashable and then flashed Revolver without wiping (Except cache and dalvik) and works fine.
Plus, Revolver is more customized right now (deodexed etc... view features for full listings)

Thanks, I've had my TF for a short time so superwipe wasn't a big deal. I like AR but will try Revolver in a couple of weeks.
Wait a few days for frozn to come out. Krakd is the best hc rom and jcarrz is pretty good at hot rodding these things

Revolver is a good stable ics rom can't wait to see what the future has in store for our transformers. Team EOS is really onto something right now check out their nightlies if you want something different still a little off but it can be used as a daily

If I where you read up on this its still in beta stage has some bugs. Revolver is solid good for a newb, EOS has faceunlock and Cornerstone
Depends how you use your tf.
Revolver is the best ive tried so far. Fast, debloated, stable.
Arhd is always solid.....just no wow for me, no disrespect to mike. Depends if you want all the asus apps or if you want something streamlined.
Eos onskreen was brilliant even with the minor bugs..... Onskreen was amazing!
Cm9 was pretty fast with bags of potential
All good and all early builds so lots to come. And who knows, we might see miui.
Personally so far its Revolver.......but i really want the Frozn build(s)

Thanks! I think I'll be trying Revolver pretty soon.

out of the 2 i would choose revolver. it has useful apps built in and is snappy with no problems for me so far.
I have found Revolver to be the most stable of all the TF-101 ROMs. Most of the Revolver Parts add-ons work without flashing as well. The only other ROM I liked was KRAKD but it was not as stable as Revolver.
Cheers!

AR: Stock experience with little enhancements
Revolver: More features and mods
Both are great!
I'm using Revolver 4 and it's "Beta" BUT It's great so far!
I've been using Revolver 3 before ICS..

I've been reading this thread And it took me a while to understand it. I had no idea what cornerstone was but now I know. Looks pretty nice. Does cornerstone work only on nightlies? Or do other roms support it?
Hello, i installed the teamos rom stable a week ago, and i'm very surprised to receive what it seems like an official update to 4.0.4. So i have a few questions :
1. Is it safe to accept this update ? I mean without loosing the teamos features ?
2. Could the teamos propose its updates the same way ?
Thank you
1. No. You will end up in a boot loop.
2. They don't have that capability to my knowledge.

Nope. I would not attempt it.
How do we get rid of the update notification if we are running TeamEOS or Other custom ROM?
Yea I am having the same issue with cyanogen. 9 rom. Anyway to bypass it
Sent from my HTC sensation 4g using Tapatalk
you need to get the paid version of Titanium Backup and freeze the android updater process to prevent the update notifications.
Edit.. well this worked on my phone to get rid of the notifications.. but i cant find the program that does it on CM9.. so i dont know

I agree the solution would be to upgrade to a 4.0.4 teamos version. Maybe they could tag this as a 1.5 stable So « simple users» like me wouldn't be afraid.
The problem still exists since a new 4.0.5 OTA would cause the same problem......

system update 4.0.4 with teamos 1.0 rom
I would never try to perform an official OTA update after a custom from has been installed. That is just asking for trouble. You also mentioned that you were running team eos's rom. I can tell you first hand experience, I've been a very loyal team EOS from user for my Xoom for several months and typically load every nightly they put out for my model. The reason I point this out, is because most times the developer roms xda are actually much further along than the official updates. The biggest example is the fact that ICS is not available officially from Motorola/Verizon as of yet. Plus you get so many features and functions you will likely not see in the official builds.
Others - feel free to help me explain, agree, disagree, etc....
Good luck,
®obert
I've tried many, and I mean many roms, mods, and themes. Hands down - Team EOS is the single most exciting, knowledgeable, helpful and down right customer oriented in the Android Development groups.

No, offence to the developers of clean rom but I think you would be better of with Cyanogenmod 10. Also, their going to release Cyanogenmod 10.1 which is based of Android 4.2.

Hi there mates,
I finally decided to dump the stock ROM and give it a try on custom one.
After reading a bit i think i'm starting to like Cyanogen, but since i want a good stable ROM i appreciated some opinions form anyone who is using it.
1st and really important: my stock ROM does not have any of the know issues (deep sleep probs, random reboots, battery drains etc...) so anyone know if CM 9.x stable have any of this issues?
2nd does everything work? In the CM forums i found no one complaining with "loosing" functionality's but i would like to ear from anyone that uses this on a daily basis. (i found a lot of people complaining with encryption problem and bad flashing but not about Wifi radio, camera, etc...)
3rd: Is this the best choice to use on a daily basis? Or there is a better/more stable/more fluid Rom?
Thanks to all.
Most of the CM 10.x ROMs are pretty stable and usable. I am a fan of the KatKiss ROMs. 4.2.2 has the best functionality, but the 4.3 variant is not bad. The only thng that does not work for me is camera on Skype.
+1 for KatKiss #226

Hmmm, if I did it was a while ago. CM 9 is based on ICS. I have not run an ICS ROM for more than a few hours in over a year. I would say that the Jelly Bean based ROMs (CM10.X) feel SO much faster due to project butter. I flashed back to stock ICS a bit ago, and it feels so sluggish.
Most of the threads on CM 10 you can see how stable they are. I know the No-Name CM 10.1 is rock solid. Joesteink has moved on, but the ROM is still rock solid and many users swear by it.

Is CM finally stable? I had it installed a year or so ago, but then it was still beta for the transformer. Since then I used various flavors and eventually stayed with the EOS-build. Very stable with all the options I ever need (like overclocking and gouvenor-changing). I'm still using EOS, since it's stable and performing very well. Katkiss seems to be the continuation of it, so you could try it yourself And if you don't like it, then you drop it for something else
