Anyways I got aosp running but for some reason it never detects the imei...it doesn't delete or corrupt the efs folder...but it just never detects the imei
I'm hoping someone can help me with this...right now I just keep trying random things hoping it will fix it, but no luck so far...
Anybody have any ideas???

So I have flashed cm7 and converted to mtd but my phone calls are borked I cannot hear anyone or they can't hear me it depends on i f I placed or received a call....... when I place a call I can hear it ring but it stops when someone answers.... I have flashed all 3 padded modems and a different radio and it still doesn't help... I can't get into download mode for the one click and I need my phone for work tonight...... any ideas????? Maybe I can go back to red cwm? I just can't find how.... I don't care how it is fixed or what eom I just need it working I was up all night and still couldn't fix it... I even flashed miui and meekos and same result on those..... thanks for any help

I believe its a general cm7 problem upstream. It has happened to me as well. Usually just cycling speaker phone on then of fixes the problem.

OK so there is not a fix?? If not then I need to figure out how to go back to blm from mtd

Does any one know how I can fix this without being able to access download mode????? I tried every combo of buttons and even through terminal but it just reboots my rom

Get a DL Jig from there, or even better... Get unbrickable mod! If you get UBM, get the jig anyways... still very handy.
Then just use one of my one-clicks to write back the stock bml rom.

You seriously need to provide some more info. What did you do before it stopped working? What Rom and kernel are you using? What have you already done to fix it? Have you tried a factory reset? Have you removed the SIM and sd card and reinstalled them?
It's really hard to help with no real information

I had the same thing happen and a new SIM fixed the problem.
Guys..I have a problem and is not related to Rom Or Kernel as I already tried several options..but wonder if someone in this forum knows about this issue and can provide a possible solution.
My wifi start turning on and stay there without scan...tried different wifi fix apps without luck and also made any kind of wipe including a rom cleaner kernel cleaner..etc Installed the stock rom and same thing..Going crazy so hope somebody have an idea of what is going on. Will appreciate any help.

Um.. have you checked your MAC address, it is one thing which happened to me -my MAC address disappeared, and i couldn't connect to my wifi- check this- if not this probem- i have some more tricks up my sleeve
So this is the problem???
Sadly no...ordered the wifi hardware to see if that solve my problem.

You may try to go to service center of the respected device i think for sure it will help
try stock rom, try stock kernel/rom
First and foremost
WIFI MAC is UNAVAILABLE unless radio is turned on... which brings me to another question...
What means *you can't turn wifi on*? There is no wifi setting, setting is stuck at off, setting tries to turn on but is never set as on, setting says it is on but you can't find networks?
Beware of service centers, they are evil...
It try to turn on but then switch back to off by itself.

After tried different roms, kernels and lot of stuff...fixed it removing the damaged backup battery and cleaning the area with alcohol as they explain in the link before.

I was just wondering if other people are having problems with this app.I manage to find the secret log in and passed threw that and now i should be able to use it right wrong. When i try to go back in to the app it opens then closes after 2 seconds. Might be the rom im running which is revelation, not sure or it might just be the app? Is anyone else running into this problem with the same rom or different ones? Also tried intalling it on my N7 but does the same thing.

Hello,
I tried rooting my HTC One S but that didn't go as expected. I used this but it failed and now a lot of apps are force closing on me. I have no idea what happened. Anyways how do I restore the stock ROM? I am really new to this device so I have no idea where to start.
I am in Belgium (Europe) so I'd like to keep that firmware. I had created a backup using the backup thing from adb? (idk it asked me for a backup and I could add a password if I wanted).
I really hope I can fix this :/

EDIT: I noticed the device is going really slow (animations and such). Buh
I used an RUU to fix everything. Much easier than using Odin on my old Galaxies. Sweet!

The link you posted is blank. What ROM did you install?
I had the issue with the PAC-man ROM using 4.3.
I didn't flash any ROM, that's why I find it so weird.
I used some one click root method because I knew these worked on my Nexus 7 and Asus TF700 as well. I guess I was wrong.
