2. backup your original camera.apk
3. go to your sdcard and copy Camera.apk that have you downloaded before
4. copy Camera.apk to system/app
5. change permission to rw-r--r--
6. close root explorer and then reboot

Installation
1. Download the file(s) to your SD Card
2. Open Root Explorer (or an app like it i use ES file explorer)
3. Copy the file you wish to move
3. Paste to directory where ur bootanimation is
4. Reboot to test

For any other phone than SAMSUNG....instal d apk...normaly
For people who r using Samsung phones.....FOLLOW D PROCEDURE WRITTEN BELLOW.
NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE A SECONDARY LAUNCHER IN CASE U FAIL 2 REPLACE.(for samsung phones only)
1.Delete d old Tw30launcher.apk in system/app using ROOT EXPLORER.( I prefer ROOT EXPLORER).
2.Copy the touchwiz.apk n paste in system/app... using root explorer.
3.chnge the permissions to rw-r--r--
4.restart ur phone.
5.enjoy.

Hey!
I have posted this to Galaxy Nexus Themes and apps forum section but this works on another Android devices too so I decided to post this here too! (should have to work on JB 4.1.2, 4.0.4 but for 4.0.4 you need the lib file)
It's modified to be make it work in unsupported countries and this is reported working well..
Move the app to /system/apk/ change permissions rw- r-- r--
And then open GoogleEars.apk from /system/app/ and choose install and replace it..
Now reboot and if you don't see the widget then go to /system/app/ and install again.
That's it, Enjoy!

How to make it work in pico..
For Sense 4 Rom: :banghead:
1. Copy File On Your SdCard
2. Rename It As hTC_bootup.zip
3. and paste it here system/customize/resource/
hTC_bootup.zip
4. Change Permissions to rw-r-r--
5. Reboot Your Phone .
For Stock Rom:
Same steps as above, but rename the file To hTC_bootanimation.zip
For Cm Roms: :screwy:
1. Copy File On Your SdCard.
2. Rename it to bootanimation.zip.
3. paste it here system/media/bootanimation.zip
4. chane permissions to rw-r-r--
5. Reboot your Phone
