1. What method did you use to try to root?
2. Do have twrp or cwm installed? If so can you boot to recovery?
3. Can you boot to bootloader?
4. What software version is phone on?
4. Does you pc recognize the phone when plugged in?
5. Does the phone boot at all?

You are Far from bricked. Your in the phones bootloader. All that stuff you see only means the phones benn rooted and unlocked before.
Your phone is fine. download a ruu ROM for Rogers, plug your phone to your computer and start ruu from there. It should take you back to stock. Then you can start to root the phone again. Contact the person you sold the phone for boot loader unlock file so you don't have to go through the whole process to get it from htcdev

U can use the correct ruu, or you can go to htcdev.com and unlock your bootloader, flash a recovery, flash a rom and you will be rooted when it reboots.
Also, u can try a couple quik commands b4 any of this to get it booted. Use a cmd prompt, cd to your adb/fastboot folder type
Fastboot erase cache
Then
Fastboot reboot
If nothing, try
Fastboot reboot recovery
If u can get into the recovery do a factory reset and reboot.

recovery mod also error,if i try to unlock bootloader it will succeed but after a restart it come back to normal locked,and i tried to flash firmware with lg flash tool but when it reach 6% got an error user data cant erase
is there any way to bring my phone back to normal?

How did you proceed to unlock the BL?
To solve your bootloop: from the stock recovery wipe cache then reboot. If needed, wipe data/factory reset but you will lose your data.
unlocked boot loader in command mode it was fine it shows unlocking yes /no option and i selected yes it shows its unlocked but after i fastboot reboots it coming back to locked status and i cant see any options in recovery its blank only icon is green android icon with an red error
when i flash firmware output is userdata erase failed after 6%

i got the stock recovery but when i try to data reset it shows e:system not mounted,e:data not mounted etc.. i think internal card is not mounted can i repaire it?
and still my bootloader is not unlocking permanently

Looks like a hardware issue.
boot stuck at "fastboot menu" and "This build is for development purposes only."
After flashing recovery , whatever how many time reboot it ,my phone stuck at "fastboot" menu.
When I click "recovery", Red information "This build is for development purposes only. Do not distribute outside of HTC without HTC's written permission." was flashing then back to menu again.
Any advise?

Never mind it looks like it is already unlocked based off of the picture. Have you flashed/reflashed TWRP or CWM?

Sorry someone more experienced will probably have to help you. I did loose recovery once i had to flash a couple of different times. I tried locking and unlocking boot loader then it eventually worked. What command are you using to flash TWRP/CWM fastboot flash recovery (Name).img?

No problem. Which one are you flashing twrp or cwm? Maybe changing the recovery/ version of recovery may help. I'm not sure but perhaps certain versions are not compatible with your phone maybe try googling it.

So- I had TWRP 2.8.6.0 and Exodus ROM, was going to wipe data,dalvik etc in order to flash a different ROM, but by accident i wiped internal storage.
So I went into fastboot mode, connected the device to my PC (already got adb in my pc). did <fastboot oem unlock> ,pushed a ROM and Gapps, and flashed a twrp (using fastboot command to flash recovery.img).
then I used <fastboot reboot recovery>, and the phone stays @ fastboot mode, and i get this-

If you were rooted already why did you unlock your phone again? why did you flash a recovery again. If you were rooted and wiped everything how did you accomplish that? Through recovery I assume correct? Sorry just trying to fully understand what you are doing.
If you were already rooted it should be boot into recovery then push a rom and gapps over then flash
Are you holding the right keys down to boot into recovery vol - and Power
Hope you made a backup. All you need to do is flash a ROM, though if you wiped internal you may as well return to stock.

Hello guys! I'm on a G 2015 bike to find a way around it. Good tried the procedures without unlocking the bootloader, but without success! Then I went and I was able to unlock Bootloader and repeat the process to install Roo Stock. But to no avail as well. Does anyone have any tips for solving this problem?
I would guess it stops in bootloader because it doesn't like the rom you've flashed.
Did you flash TWRP?
Boot to TWRP and clean flash something else.
Else flash TWRP and then do that.
Hi there! I had the same problem, but the solution was just wait. It took a full 5 minutes to boot since the warning appeared, but it worked fine. Give it a try, wait 5 minutes (literally) and see what happens. If it still stuck, then try the solution above.

I don't think your bootloader is unlocked.
Have you unlocked your bootloader using the Motorola site? No other method will work.

which recovery are you using - copy/paste full module name.
The bootloader has been unlocked by the motorola website! When I insert the cell phone, the message appears that the bootloader is unlocked.

EDITED POST FOR WINDOWS:
for windows I think type cmd in search bar, right click on cmd.exe and choose administrative (you may have to enter a password) and do everything in that window.
fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
but first tell me exactly which twrp you are using - one is bad.
Better than that just grab the latest from squid and use that. I know it's good.
When it flashes successfully, DO IT AGAIN - don't ask why, just do it - same command.
THEN boot to TWRP and backup your stock if you still have one.
Then and only then, wipe and flash whatever your heart desires.

You need to run it in administrative mode.
I don't know why. I used erecovery with FirmwareFinder many time and it work all times.
But 1 day before, I unlocked bootloader, flash patched ramdisk.img (Magisk), and then reboot again. But then it meet bootloop, bootloader relocked, FRP lock. But this time, when I use Firmware Finder to recover, it cannot work, erecovery failed when getting package. I checked all step.

@shae23: Thanks. If I have been able to unlock bootloader, I don't need to creat this thread. I had to bring it to a service shop (Viet Nam), it cost about 6.5$ US to reflash firmware.

I unlocked the bootloader and flashed the recovery, the system booted successfully.
I tried to flash a ROM after that, it showed errors and didn't complete the flashing. since that time the phone has bootloop.

I can access the TWRP recovery and erecovery and bootloader&fastboot
what I have already tried :

5-Flash ramdisk and kernel from inside TWRP
Update: I can not access the recovery anymore. its just stuck at stock recovery with EMUI 0%
Tried to flash stock and custom recovery, but no luck
Update 2: I somehow managed to get into recovery. recovery is good now.
BUT still no luck with booting, I feel it's something stupid that I missed
