Have you tried clearing the cache under all application's. And checking the syncs under settings options.
Anther thing is that the email receive emails, and the problem rise only when I do forward, reply or pressing three more detail arrow eim the sender bar.

I've noticed my Tab 2 sends an SMS as soon as it boots.
I've tried a hard reset, tried flashing the STOCK firmware and then doing a Hard Reset. It Still sends the msg.
I've tried freezing chat on in vain. Does it have anything to do with the Samsung Accounts app? The last time it sent a msg i got a pop up saying that my device was registered with Samsung.
Any ideas?

That's weird, not to say scary!
Have you tried flashing a new ROM (e.g., CM9 or CM10)? If that doesn't clear it, NSA must have spooked your device...
I think i figured it out. It's the Samsung accounts app. I froze the app with TB and no more SMS.

Did you try going into settings, then applications, find your email app under "all apps" - clear cache, clear data - then try the app again ?
It's worked for me in the past
Good luck

Yup, tried that.
Also tried reflashing'. tried updating to newest CM, tried resetting to factory... Wiping cache and Dalvik...
The only thing that has made it stop is disabling it in Settings/Apps but now my email app won't bring up any emails... I guess that's better then that crap popping up every few second...
I just wish I knew what I did to start this so I can avoid doing it in the future.
Especially since no one seems to know how to fix it
Anyone experiencing Gmail sync issues with the All Mail tab? I have set it to sync the last 30 days only, but the mails I see in the tab are ALL except the last thirty days of mail. For example, the "newest" mail is from May 9. This is present on both of my accounts. I tried clearing cache, removing and readding the accounts but to no avail. Setting sync all doesn't show any emails. It looks like this setting sets how long not to sync... I am running the M Preview, so maybe someone else is experiencing this as well?

Ok, I set so that no mail is synced, voila, everything shows up... The fails of Google are just cute.

I just have this same problem today
- contact blank
- message blank when open
SOLVED
I have solved this by factory resetting. No other solution worked. It happened last week after updating some Apps, probably Google related.
Seems its SOLVED
Had the same problem. MT7-TL10, Android 4.4.2 B128.
After updating to Android 4.4.2 B130, this problem haven't occurred yet. So far doing good after updating the software to B130. Its available at huawei website. Some users say that updating to 5.1.1 also solves this issue, not sure about that
Too late..ditched the Mate-7 n got a Mate-8 :/
hey friends... just clear the contacts app cache.. problem solved..!!!
Since I update my phone to android 7.0 I have this annoying bug.

Having the same issue. A way around this (for me) was to uninstall all updates for the gmail app in the Playstore. But as soon as I update again, the issue is back. I checked battery optimiziations, sync settings, cleared the cache...issue still remains. Did you find a fix for this?
No I didn't.
I did a factory reset and the problem gone, but when I updated the Gmail app, it back again..
Probably Google will fix this in some of the next updates.
Came here to report the same issue. T-Mobile S7

I've had this too since upgrading to Nougat.
Actually going into the app and making the item 'read' doesn't always remove the notification.
Try to disable samsung push service in package disabler app.

Also have this issue. Android won't allow me to disable Samsung Push Service. Force stopping the service didn't fix the problem either.
I'm having the same problem with Nougat on my S7. Very annoying
same problem for me, s7 edge... build NRD90M.G935FXXU1DQB7.
latest gmail app.
Use a different mail app?
I solved doing this:
- Remove all Google accounts.
- Clear data and cache of Google and GMail apps.
- Reinsert Google accounts.
Now i have a delayed notification problem yet...
Goto Settings - Notifications.
You most likely have Gmail AND Email defaulted to receive notifications. Extremely simple to fix, just uncheck one of the two. Problem fixed.

I have this problem too, Galaxy S7 Non-edge. I tried factory-resetting my phone and this problem is still there. I am only syncing Gmail and my Email is not sending notifications. Anyone else figure this out?
I received a software update to
G930FXXU1DQE7
And the bug solved.
Same issue on Galaxy S7 model G930V, firmware 930VVRU4BQG1

Unfortunately not, I switched to the Google Inbox app which works fine (but lacks the ability to swipe through mails).
